Enjoy this, 2 bedroom/2 bath, bottom floor unit located right on the beach in the Las Brisas area of Manzanillo, Mexico (part of the Mexican Rivera).
Walk out the sliding doors of your condo onto the pool/ patio area or down the steps to the beach. You’re steps away from playing in the surf or take a stroll down the beach. At night sit on the patio and enjoy magnificent sunsets or the lights of Old Manzanillo, with ships going by making their port-of-call.
You are also minutes away from the night life of Manzanillo. Our condo is located in the heart of the best sea-side restaurants around: Toscana’s, Bigotes, Charlie’s Place, Colima Bay Café and Portofino’s are just a few of the great restaurants just down the street from Cantamar.
Shopping, day spa’s, golf, and fishing are also just minutes away. You are on the main bus line and taxis are also readily available. There is really no need for a car, unless you want to explore the entire area or take a trip to the capital, Colima City, or a ride up to the Turtle preserve in Cuyutlan.

Loved your property at Vida Del Mar a few years ago, but this beach front condo is also wonderful. With the kids here this year - it was great to be steps away from the pool and the beach. Also convenient to lots of restaurants and shopping. We mainly walked everywhere. There is a great new restaurant up the street open for breakfast and lunch (I think the name is Roca Del Mar.) Very reasonable and great food. The new king bed in the master bedroom is very comforable and love the new furniture in the living room and dining room. Our stay was so much fun I hope we can do this again next year!
