My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this home. Location is incredibly great to Carlsbad Village, Flower Fields, Legoland and wonderful restaurants. Drawer in living room cabinet has many brochures and be sure to visit Tip Top Meats to eat as well to purchase food. The home itself is perfect, large kitchen and dining and living room has a good view of the Pacific and nice size bedrooms. House is tastefully decorated! Great to host/share with family and friends. The extra half bath is also a nice feature. Parking is easy. The owners, Pam and Don are gracious owners. We highly recommend this property.

What you see in the pictures is what you get! It was very clean and well kept. It was right across from the beach and within walking distance to the Village (10 minute walk). The owners were absolutely great. I would recommend this spot to anyone and we plan on coming back. The house is well stocked with everything and all goods/furniture are in great shape. They take pride in their house!

We stayed in this home for a week with our son and his family. It was just perfect for our situation. The view was fabulous and the walking path by the ocean the best. With small children it was nice to be near the beach but away from the water. The kids had fun playing in the front yard with water toys during sunsets. The location was ideal near good restaurants, attractions and shopping. The house was lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and patio was great. We had every meal eaten in, on the patio. We especially enjoyed the restaurant on the corner just a 1/2 block away. The listing is accurate, photo reflect the house well, very clean and well maintained, the owner was helpful. We would highly recommended this vrbo. We loved Sea World the most. In San Diego I liked Old Town the best.

We had a great stay and really loved the property. The ocean is right out the front window!! Although we vacationed during the only rain event Carlsbad had all year, we still had a wonderful time. If/when we go back, hopefully we can stay here again. It is very convenient to everything and the Corbins checked in on us when we got there and were available when we needed them which was very much appreciated. We would highly recommend staying with them and hope to do so again.

It was a great escpae from cold and rainy Seattle. We had wonderful time and it was great place to relax. The sound of the ocean and the view from the living room and bedroom made us smiling from the monment we got up. The comfort, location and price were superb. We used only one bedroom and one bathroom so for larger group it is even a better value.

This is a spacious and gorgeous home with a convenient location. Walking distance to the village and spectacular ocean views. Enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the surf from the living room. Owner very personable and easy to work with. Will check availability for all our future trips.

We loved staying at this house! Perfect for a family beach vacation. Literally 2 minutes to the beach, close to village, great amenities. (Don't underestimate how great it is to have an outside shower to rinse off after the beach!) Easy owner to work with. We will be back!

We had such a great time! THis is a gorgeous house and the pictures do not do it justice! It's larger than it looks! IN a perfect location just down the street from the village, which we walked to everyday. Very easy beach access with great waves. Very kid friendly. Gorgeous home! We can't wait until next year to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful 10 night stay at Al and Pam's guest home in Carlsbad. The beach was right there and their home was decorated beautifully and so comfortable. We were able to walk to the Village every day. The patio/yard with a great gas grill was ideal. Thank you Al and Pam - we will definitely be back. SUSAN & DAN

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. Your house is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The yard and landscaping was gorgeous. We had a wonderful time and could not asked for anything more. The house was great for the kids and the location is perfect for getting to the beach. It was more than we expected.
