Second floor has a room with a queen sized bed, full bathroom, a loft area with TV, couch and 2 chairs, and another bedroom with a twin daybed and a second trundle twin underneath.
Home has a large finished basement with a pool/ping pong table, 52 inch HDTV, and custom built bar with granite countertop. There is also another separate room that includes a TV and exercise equipment. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, high end stainless appliances to include a 6 burner Viking stove. Large deck overlooking fenced in yard with plenty of seating and gas grill. Formal dining room and office with wireless internet also included. Neighborhood has shared beach area within walking distance.
