Our luxurious 1,850 sq. foot home is less then 5 years old and one of the finest in the area. Professionally designed like a mountain cottage. It has fabulous Hill Country views from every room. It’s surrounded by acres of greenbelt on 3 sides to insure your privacy. Our guests love that every bedroom has it’s own PRIVATE bath! No one has to share.
A major plus for our guests is that we have invested in professional on-site management. What this means for you is 24/7 security and on-site personal that will help you with any problem that might arise.
The home has everything you ever wanted. The living area has a large stone fireplace, 40" Sony high definition TV with DVD, satellite, DVR and stereo with IPod dock. On the selves next to the fireplace are lots of games, books, and DVDs for your use. In front of the fireplace and TV is a soft leather couch and two extremely comfortably leather recliners for you to relax.
The very modern kitchen is well stocked with everything you should need like an electric dishwasher, coffee maker, large electric pancake grill, blender, waffle maker, and much more. There is a breakfast bar island that seats 4. There’s a full size laundry, built in desk and half bath behind the kitchen.
The dining area can seat 8 and has all the platters and serving pieces you might need. A huge covered 24'x 12' balcony with 2 ceiling fans is right out the door between the dining area & the living area. The balcony also has dining for 8+ and fabulous views of the Hill Country and sunsets.
In the woods below the balcony there’s a beautiful large flagstone patio complete with dining for 6+, a large fire-ring, and professional gas BBQ built into a 6' stone counter unit.
The large Texas Master Suite has 12’ of widows with views that look out over trees and the scenic Hill Country. A 32" Sony HD, LCD TV with DVD, satellite reception, & DVR is hidden in an armoire facing the end of the bed. Next to the armoire is a leather recliner for relaxing.
The spacious luxurious master bathroom is complete with a relaxing extra large walk-in "rain" shower, super soft towels and an 8’ long granite double vanity counter. The walk-in closet is even large enough to use with the pack’s-play we have included.
Upstairs there is our Hawaiian Guest Suite with queen size bed and private bath. Also upstairs is the Colorado Bunk Suite. This Suite has a bunk with a single on top and a double bed below. This suite also has it’s own full private bath.
Jet Skies, ski boats, pontoon boat rentals, slip rental, ship store, and fuel are now available ON SITE at our Marina!
The Hollows Resort* - As our guest, you are also able to use all the facilities of the Hollows Resort at no additional cost during your stay.
Our Home (Cottage) is located in the 1,800 acre Hollows Resort. The views at the resort are stunning of Lake Travis and the Texas Hill Country. In the Resort are 18 miles of hiking, biking, & walking trails. The trails were expertly designed with mile markers and helpful directional signage. Enjoy wildlife, streams, waterfalls and limestone cliffs as you walk. The Hollows is unparalleled in outdoor adventures.
The Beach Club has a magnificent infinity pool that overlooks beautiful Lake Travis. The pool is complete with a zero-entry children's area that is just perfect for the little ones. On a lower lever are two grotto hot tubs and an additional swimming pool that also overlooks Lake Travis. Free high-speed wireless Internet access is available in the Beach Club area.
During season the private Beach Club Grill, a casual café, offers a full range of dining both indoors & poolside.
The Beach Club Fitness Center is open daily for those that enjoy a good workout.
Below the pool area is a large park area complete with a large grassy area to relax or play games, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe pits, hammocks, BBQ grills, and access to the lake.
Enjoy yourself with a leisurely paddle around the lake with the free use of a kayak from the Hollows Kayak Club.
The full service Hollows Marina has slips for overnight rental, a fuel dock, and a ships store for your convenience. Jet Skies, pontoon and ski boats, as well as a houseboat are now available for rent. The Marina has a swimming area, clubhouse, and covered outdoors sitting, eating area, & bathrooms. A private boat ramp & secure storage area is available for you boat & trailer.
Lake Travis is a gathering place for those who love the water. It’s a swimming place, a sailing place, a family place; it’s a place to kayak, Jet Ski or sailboard. With more than 60 miles of limestone-lined shoreline, tranquil coves, hidden beaches and secret fishing holes to explore, Lake Travis promises a lifetime of unforgettable experiences. There are many great restaurants accessible by both boat & car on and around the lake.
Our Cottage is only minutes from the capital of Texas, Austin. Take a short trip to Austin to see the sights, or head out to some of the fabulous restaurants and world famous live music and nightlife. This is a perfect location for winter "Snowbirds" to explore the famous Texas Hill Country and nearby San Antonio by day, and relax by your fireplace at night.

My husband and I and our two little boys stayed at this lovely cabin last fall and had an absolute blast. The home is stunning, actually prettier in person than the photos show - and stocked with everything a family could need and then some. Also the community has lots of amenities which we took full advantage of. We all loved the gorgeous community pool with infinite edge and it was great having the restaurant and bar right there so we didn't have to dry off to go eat somewhere. Boat rentals were available right there for tooling around the lake and lovely landscaped walking trails are everywhere. Just a great all around experience. We are planning on coming back to this cabin for sure.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a wonderful resort home! Our time in your cottage was remarkable! There were endless sights, relaxation, and entertainment to be found. The nearby hiking trails, infinity swimming pools, and wonderful food were outstanding, and trips to nearby towns proved full of adventure and unique activities. Thank you! We'll be back.

We stayed at this beautiful property Sept. 14-16, 2007. The house is simply fabulous! It is luxurious, yet cozy and extremely comfortable. The weekend just flew by and we are looking forward to going back soon for a longer visit.
