Immaculate 5700 s.f. luxury mountain home with ski-in and ski-out access within easy walking distance. Easy access to town and the slopes.

Private Gazebo with hot tub. Indoors you will find a warm sauna to soothe you.
Spend quality time in the large basement recreation room where you can enjoy playing poker at your private table, shooting pool, playing foosball, or catching your favorite team on the bigscreen tv.

Our eight bedrooms will accommodate even the largest parties in comfort. The littlest guests will find cribs and highchairs provided for their use.

A large two car garage will keep your personal vehicle warm and dry. Indoor ski and boot storage is provided in the garage.

Two full size washers and dryers are provided for guest use.

A gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, indoor grill,and Sub-zero refrigerator will provide large parties with space to cook and entertain. Private catering is available for Christmas, Thanksgiving or any large gathering.

This home has recently undergone an extensive renovation, includng: A new bedroom in the basement, interior painting, new carpeting, refinished hardwood, new master bathroom, new granite countertops, new wet bar, new basement vanity area, refinished decking, exterior painting, professional decorating, all new custom log treatments, replacement of most furniture pieces.

This home will provide the perfect setting for any vacation, business retreat or family function.

Bedrooms all contain at least one queen or king bed. This home will sleep 26 in beds and 6 more in convertable sofas. Parking is available for 6-7 vehicles.

A great retreat nestled in the pines

VRBO Bear stayed here - 10/11/2007 I feel like a lucky bear to be able to stay at such a beautiful property in the majestic Colorado mountains. This was truly a relaxing vacation.

We felt welcome at this Breckenridge home before we even stepped through the doors. The owners made us feel very welcome and were lovely to work with from the beginning. We were very impressed with this newly renovated house from the moment we walked through the door. The beautiful decorations in the house made us feel right at home. The sitting area on each floor with its own TV was great because we could watch what we wanted instead of fighting over the remote! Our favorite place to hang out was downstairs playing pool, foosball, or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. It was nice relaxing in the covered hot tub at night after the little bear cubs went to bed.

Let’s not forget the fully stocked kitchen, the sub floor heating, and the grill to cook outside. This house was very spacious with enough room to hold a large group and everything you would need to accommodate them but comfortable enough that if you had a small group you would not feel overwhelmed. We loved sitting around the large round table talking and playing games all night long. Each bedroom in the house had its own special feel to it - we couldn’t decide where we wanted to stay!

Along with being a beautiful, relaxing retreat, we loved how close we were to town and to the slopes. Just minutes away from anything we wanted to do with fabulous restaurants and shops. This place is exactly what you are looking for, and you will want to come back again and again. I know I do!
