Spring Run is a gated, golf course community in The Brooks development, which is located on Coconut Road, east of Highway 41. You’ll be able to relax, shop nearby, enjoy the beautiful southwest Florida weather, and golf. The community features a par 72 championship course designed by Gordon G. Lewis, an aquatic driving range, practice putting green, chipping green, heated pools and spa, 4 lighted tennis courts, pro shop, fitness room, restaurant, and lounge.

You’ll stay in an easy-access, first floor unit (Autumn Lake section of Spring Run) featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, lanai, and garage. This is a smoke-free and pet-free unit and is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The lanai has a western exposure facing the 8th fairway with a panoramic view across three fairways! The roomy master bedroom, with walk-in closet and master bath, is decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings with a queen size bed and luxury Kingsdown mattress. The second bedroom has twin beds with Kingsdown mattresses. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen bed for your extra guests and there are three televisions with cable and one DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the dining room accommodates six easily. A washer and dryer are in the kitchen area.
You’re only 15 minutes away from the SW Florida International Airport and Ft. Myers, 15 minutes to Naples, 5 minutes from the Miromar Outlet Mall, and less than 2 minutes from the new Coconut Point Town Center with a department store, movie theater, lots of upscale boutiques, and several restaurants. Pack your cooler and beach chairs and drive a few miles to enjoy the sunset at several public beaches nearby.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Although we are non-golfers, we enjoy watching the golfers from our lanai, the beautiful sunsets, and walking in the neighborhood and admiring the flowers and lush landscaping. What a relaxing way to spend an afternoon!
Owner's Map of Spring Run
We are Judy and Wayne Officer who retired from middle Tennessee and moved to Jacksonville Florida in 2006. We bought our vacation home in Spring Run in Bonita Springs Florida in 2001, but since we were both working, we didn't get to visit very often. Now that we're retired and have grandchildren in Jacksonville, we still don't get to visit Bonita Springs as often as we'd like. It's beautiful in Spring Run; the landscaping is lush and maturing and the surrounding shopping areas are new, fresh, and upscale. Whenever we leave there, we wonder why we don't live there fulltime.
