Three families stayed in this home for three nights. There is plenty of space for adults to relax downstairs, and kids to play upstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes and cooking supplies. The home is just as it appears in the photos, it's actually bigger than the photos make it look. Kris was very helpful in making our arrangements and answering questions I had about the property and our stay. I will certainly be looking at this home again for our next trip to Sunriver.

Perfect house for multiple families with multiple kids

Topflight 24 was the perfect getaway for 3 families. We had a great time hanging out in the house and outside in the hot tub. The house is beautiful, yet not so full of breakables that kids can’t play freely. The kitchen was perfectly set up for cooking large meals, and there is a plethora of seating for meals and relaxing. We had a lovely trip and hope to return soon.

Christmas week

Our family had a wonderful time for a week at Christmas. The house is so comfortable and homey. We just spent our third Christmas here and it is beginning to feel like home to us! Thank you for all of the nice dry firewood in the garage! The kitchen was very well stocked. All we needed to bring was our food.

Great Family Experience

My sister's family, my wife's sister's family and my family all spent a week at this property over the summer and had a blast! With 7 kids, ages 3-15, there was plenty of room for everyone and enough space to 'get away' when you needed to. The location was just fine - not too far from all the fun stuff. A quick bike ride away from food, pools and the big shopping area. The property owner was super easy to work with and responsive when we had questions. At my next trip to Sunriver - be it winter or summer - we hope to stay here again!

Great Vacation!

This home was perfect for our three generational family vacation. The spacious "great room" and outside deck gave us plenty of space for different activities. Our grandchildren loved the biking, swimming and Fort Rock Park. We brought some bikes though appreciated the extra bikes at the home. The nearby High Desert Museum is well worth a visit too.

Awsome House!

We have been coming up to Sunriver for the past 5 years to participate in the Duathlon. We have always went through a rental agency. I was turned on to VRBO by a friend and this was my first experience. The owners were very nice, answered any and all questions I had promptly, and made the process very easy. The house was amazing! By far the nicest we have stayed at in Sunriver. As nice as it looks in the VRBO add…. The photos do not do the house justice. There was a total of 8 people in our group. The lay out of the house accommodated us no problem, with room to spare. Whether hanging out in the kitchen area, the family room, or up in the loft/game room area to read a book. We were all together but had our space if needed. The Teens loved the room with the 4 bunk beds, TV, DVD’s and Play Station. I especially enjoyed sitting in the family room just looking up at the open area above along with the river rock fire place and all the hard wood trim. For a winter stay during ski season…. Snow on the ground and a fire going….. I can imagine how cool that would be! You do not feel like you are in a “Rental” with this house. The owners set it up as there own. Every thing is clean and quality. From the furnishings to the linens & utensils. There was not one thing any of us said we wished was at the house that it did not have. It is also set in a nice area of Sunriver. It takes just over 5 minutes to walk to the river in one direction. The golf course is about the same distance in another. This house will be my first choice from now on. Thanks again.

Great house!

I selected this house for a ski weekend with a group of friends in February 2011. It was the perfect size house for our group (12 people) - lots of beds and bathrooms. The hot tub was great and the house had all the necessary kitchen amenities for cooking. It was really nicely decorated and even had lots of fun games. The owner Kris was very pleasant to work with and offered us a great deal. I would definitely stay here again!

We took our whole family to this great house for a 4 night getaway and it was the best time! The house accomodated our big family very nicely. It is a very spacious house with a homey feel! The house had everything that we needed besides food of course. Great selection of movies and a great hot tub! I can not say enough nice things about this great house in Sunriver! We would definitely go back to this great place! I would not hesitate to recommend this Sunriver home to anyone! The owners were so easy and helpful to deal with! Great house

What a great place for a family getaway. We're from Seattle area and loved the proximity to everything. The bunk room was great for the kids was great and we loved the open floor plan, not to mention the hot tub to do some star gazing!! We'd highly reccommend this house to families.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Sunriver in this house! We have two children and shared the accommodation with another family with children and found more than enough room for all. It feels like a lodge and is so much nicer than most of the rentals we have seen, and costs way less than renting from Sunriver resort! The wood burning fireplace and hot tub features are crucial to a winter vacation relaxation day or evening and plenty of room to play in the snow outside the back of the property. We will stay there again every year if we can!

Spring Break!

We (two families - five children under 13) stayed at this home during Spring break. The house was everything we could hope for and more. The sleeping spaces were perfect for adults and kids. Kids slept upstairs while the four adults slept downstairs. The kitchen area is open to the dining and living room. Everyone gathered in this general area - some at counter, some at kitchen table and others in the living room. We really enjoyed not being separated by walls. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy for two cooks to operate within. A large pantry allowed us to put extra food items out of site. The back deck was terrific for young kids and adults alike. It rests only one foot off the ground, making the transition from home to deck to forest very accessible. Large windows allowed adults to keep an eye on the youngest children (outside) at all times. The natural gas BBQ was nice (and clean) - no worries about running out of fuel during meal preparation or before departure. The hot tub was a big hit with everyone and the perfect refuge during a cold winter night. Overall, the location of this house worked well for us. There are many pleasant walks to take and a bike/walk path nearby. I personally enjoyed working with the owners of this home. They were very prompt (via email) and helpful.

Christmas at Sunriver

Thank you for opening your beautiful home for us to use as a family reunion at Christmas. The house is beautifully decorated in a country theme so all we needed to do is put up our Christmas tree! We had lots of snow for the kids to play in. There were sleds in the garage for them to use. We all felt very cozy and at home there. We will definitely come back for another Christmas.
