Our home accommodates families or couples, and comfortably sleeps up to eight people.
The entry level consists of three bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry facilities. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living/eating areas, and deck with Barbeque Grill.
Enjoy miles of white sand beaches ideal for walking, jogging, swimming, sunbathing, bonfires, and beach recreation.
World Class SEASCAPE GOLF COURSE is minutes away, with several other excellent golf courses close by.

I chose Kirk and Diana's beach house to celebrate my 50th birthday this year. It was perfect! The home was beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing and playing games, putting together puzzles, visiting the beach and the pier, and trying fun restaurants in the area. It was clean and cozy, and I would recommend it to anyone! Diana was super friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The only regret that I had, was that our stay was not long enough. We would love to come back and stay for a week in the future!

We oooh-ed and aaah-ed as soon as we entered the front door. Everything is beautifully decorated, spacious and super-clean. The kitchen is gorgeous and is equipped with everything that you need. The beach is just around the corner and if you did miss something, there's a market at the beach. I do suggest that someone in your party knows how to use a charcoal grill!! Thank you Diana & Kirk for your flexibility and all-around wonderful experience!!!

I will always cherish the memories made with my family during our stay in this beautiful house. The layout is great, the decor is beautifully done, it is equiped for all ages, and the beach is only steps away...what more could one ask for. The owners are kind and are more than willing to suit the guests needs. I absolutely loved it and hope to return for another peaceful getaway very soon.

What a CLEAN and comfortable home away from home! The house was epuipped with everything we needed. We have three small children and it was so nice having all the baby and toddler equipment (high chair, play pen, wagon...) there for our use. It made for a much roomier car ride down! Also, the walk to the beach was so easy to do with the little ones. It was two blocks down a rather quiet one-way street. Great location! Kirk and Diana were very helpful and pleasant to work with and our security deposit was returned within 5 days of our departure. We are checking our calendars for a return visit! Thank you.

When you walk in to this home, you immediately feel like you are on vacation! The house is beautifully outfitted and decorated with literally every detail taken care of: comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and great extras like a poker table and games. And a great location two blocks from the beach. It was a wonderful place for our relaxing weekend getaway!

First and foremost, this place was gorgeous! The pictures does not serve it justice. If you think it looks pretty in the pictures, it's 10x better when you check in. The house is nicely decorated and very roomy. It is sooo close to the beach! Lots of parking! Also, the extras are so nice to have (poker table, beach supplies and etc.) The layout was perfect to relax and the beds are comfy! Also Kirk and Diana are a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to everyone! I would love to come back again soon!
