This is a fabulous condo in Dewey Beach Delaware available for a great rate. It's 2 1/2 blocks from the beach (a quick, straight walk). It has 2 1/2 baths, kitchen with all the usual appliances (e.g. Big fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-maker, stove), deck upstairs, patio downstairs, washer/dryer. Central Air Conditioner. 2 TVs with cable and DVD players. There are 5 beds (1 queen, 2 full & 2 singles) and 2 couches. There is also a fabulous POOL at the condo complex right outside the front door. It's right off of Route 1 and has 2 RESERVED off-street PARKING SPOTS. There are also outdoor showers, grills and waterfountain. Bus stops for the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and the DART bus to the nearby sales-tax-free shopping outlets or Ocean City are right around the corner.
Downtown Dewey Beach is close and within easy walking distance. Beach apparel/supply, mini-market, stores & restaurants are near the condo complex. The condo was built in the 1990's, has a nice appearance and is well-maintained. Non-smoking.
Also the condo complex has hired a SECURITY PATROL to patrol the complex at various intervals throughout the summer weeks.
Renting here is SAFE: All rentals are done through a nationally-known real estate agency whose office is right down the road from the unit.
