My friends and i spent a wonderfull week end in this house almost a year ago and we had a great time. This house is perfectly situated really close to North Star as well as the Lake. This place is also very clean and cosy and hottub outside is for sure a great option specially after spending a whole day snowboarding. I highly recommend this place, best price for the value guarantee. Mathieu.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

I spent five days in the Kings Beach rental with a group of friends over New Year's 2009. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The cabin is very clean and central to many things (big grocery store, beach, ski resorts, etc). There's a great hot tub in the back, nice seating areas to relax in, and many of the amenities of home. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our family spend a wonderful Christmas week in this house. All 5 of us felt very comfortable, house is very clean and we found all and every small things we needed. The location is perfrct: in proximity to Kings Beach restaurants, many ski rentals, SafeWay etc. The owner is very considerate and cooperative.

We just spent a wonderful week at the house-nice corner lot, beautiful trees, shiny new hot tub, very clean and well-maintained and the beds gloriously comfortable! Close to the the beach with hiking trails just yards from the the front door-great for an early morning or evening hike. The owners are the best-very nice and accomodating. We will most definately be returning! The Foleys of Santa Barbara
