Lovely Aspens 2 story end-unit condominium with wonderful mountain views, 2 decks with outdoor seating and covered parking area.
Located in one of the most secluded areas in the Aspens with lots of natural light and over 1200sq ft of living space, this condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything that Jackson Hole has to offer.
Recently completely remodelled, downstairs you will find a full kitchen, half bathroom (toilet/washbasin) and a spacious living/dining area with cathedral ceilings, floor to ceiling moss rock fireplace (wood burning) and brand new home entertainment system (with ipod dock).
Step on to the front deck from the living area and enjoy uninterrupted views of the Teton Mountains across an open front lawn. There is also a side deck accessed from the dining area with outdoor grill. Upstairs you will find a mezzanine loft area open to the living space below with day bed, the main bathroom (with bath and shower), spacious master bedroom with king bed and second bedroom with double bed, sleeping up to 5 people very comfortably.
The Aspens is located next to the Teton Pines Golf Course, and has all the amenities you need including tennis courts, the Aspens Market (grocer, butcher and deli), West Side Wine and Spirits, Teton Sports Club with Pool and Gymnasium, Banking facilities, dining at Sudachi sushi restaurant and local coffee shop Elevated Grounds. This condo is 5 minutes walk from the START bus stop which gives easy access to Teton Village and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (three miles), as well as downtown Jackson (eight miles).
In summer you can also access a bicycle path taking you to Teton National Park, Teton Village and the banks of the Snake River.

Zoe and Leo, Thanks for letting us stay in your condo from 6/8-6/14. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the condo to others! It was stocked with everything we needed. We brought our bikes and really enjoyed riding the trail to Teton Village. My two boys loved playing soccer in the back yard, and it was easy for us to watch them as we cooked dinner. We use VRBO with every one of our summer trips, and I'd definitely give your condo a 5 out of 5!! Thanks so much. I'll reach out to you once we finalize our summer plans for next summer.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS The full address of the condo is as follows: Unit 1605, Cinquefoil, 3620 N. Teton Drive, Wilson, WY 83014. 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. MT AND CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. MT. If you would like to request earlier check-in or later check-out times then let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate any requests. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are NOT permitted in rental units under any circumstances. 4. We will not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. RESERVATION/DAMAGE DEPOSIT- A Reservation/Damage deposit of $250 is required on making the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a) No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in refuse containers outside, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. c) All keys are left in the lock box and the unit is left locked. d) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. e) No linens are lost or damaged. f) No early check-in or late check out unless agreed in advance. Please note that the Total Rental Bill includes a charge to cover "normal" cleaning throughout the unit. However, while you are therefore not expected to vacuum and mop everywhere, you are expected to leave kitchen appliances (i.e. oven and refrigerator), crockery, kitchen utensils, and bathroom appliances clean. If the unit is left in an unacceptable state, further monies may be retained from the Reservation/Damage Deposit. 6. CANCELLATIONS: A sixty (60) day notice period is required for cancellation. Cancellations made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and any deposit or rent paid will be refunded. Cancellations, or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit paid unless we are able to re-book the unit for the dates cancelled. Should we be able to re-book any dates we will refund the rent paid for the relevant dates re-booked. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests in the unit is limited to five (5) persons unless written exception is provided by the owner(s). 8. MINIMUM STAY – This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay. 9. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time clean and linen-towel setup. All amenity fees including cable and wireless internet are included in the rental rate. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily made service is not included in the rental rate however can be arranged subject to availability for an additional charge. We do not permit linen or towels to be taken from the unit. 11. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, damage/reservation deposit and/or final payment, and the party will not be permitted to check in. 12. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. 13. PARKING – Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in the designated parking area for the unit. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 14. STORM/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Roads in Jackson Hole are well maintained however we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or snow chains in the snow months (October – April). We do not refund due to road conditions. 15. All of the units are privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others they invite to use the premises.
