PEAK SEASON (Mem. wknd-Lbr Day wknd + Holidays*): $500/weekend $1000/week
DISCOUNT SEASON (After Labor Day-before Memorial wknd): $350/wknd $500/wk
All rentals require $100 cleaning fee + $200(refundable)security dep
Money order or cleared check accepted. Full rent due before arrival.

We are a close family that loves to spend time at church, traveling, walking or just playing games together.
Why the Owner Chose Union Pier
Craig is the optimistic/starter/handy guy and Jody is the practical/finisher/decorator gal. We bought this house to fix up and resell, but have helped a lot of families make memories at Oak Grove Cottage in the meantime. Someday, we still plan to sell the cottage, but for now it is providing part time work for our kids (yard work, cleaning, etc.), as well as a great place for families to vacation.
