DISCOUNT SEASON(Sep 1-before MEM wknd): $100/weeknight(x 2 nts) $330/wknd $600/wk.
$200 security deposit(returned)is required(no exceptions) and a $100 cleaning fee.
Monthly reduced rates are available PK $3200/mo OFF PK $2000/mo Sec Dep $700.
