Large open living room with tiled fireplace, flanked by double sliders that open out onto a spacious, private deck area with pool, hot tub, and 2 grills. Steps lead to enclosed upper deck which adjoins the second floor.

Open kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with counter stools.
Small den has single sofa bed, flat screen tv, internet connection and second fireplace. Livingroom also has queen size sofa bed. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom (one with jacuzzi), master bathroom is ensuite with double shower and skylight.

Perfect for peaceful privacy, and spacious enough for entertaining.

  • Tour Jackson Pollack's studio and museum close by. Take the ferry in Sag Harbor to the North Shore for wine tastings at the local vineyards. There are also artist studio tours as well as decorator houses and garden tours. Many great restaurants to choose from. Get on a fishing boat in Montauk only 20 minutes away and tour the light house afterward. Come for the Fall East Hampton Film festival or the horse show or the classic car show or one of the frequent antique fairs. Shopping is also a favorite pastime, with local farmers markets, charming antique stores and boutiques competing with more extravagant places like London Jewelers.
