Riverdance is a newly constructed townhome which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers beautiful views of deer, duck, geese, incredible long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.
New covered deck with recessed lighting overlooking the river!
I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully appointed kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.
RiverDance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theatre, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.
In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. When you return you will have a heated garage for your car and ample heated storage for your skiing equipment.
If you are a horse lover, we have made special arrangements to board your horse and we welcome visitors coming for the Parelli Natural Horsemanship Programs.
I am confident that you will enjoy my home away from home and I invite you to come have a stay.
Thank you for your consideration of my townhome and I hope that I can be YOUR home away from home, in Pagosa Springs now and for many years to come.

This condo is lovely and in a great location. We had two adults and two teenagers and were very comfortable. We cooked most meals in the well stocked kitchen and could stroll over to hot springs spa every day for a soak. And of course the skiing nearby was fantastic.

A few friends and I recently stayed at Riverdance for our first ski trip of the season at Wolf Creek. The house was perfect! A quick 20 minute drive to the ski area, and very close to restaurants, hot springs and shopping in town. We utilized the kitchen and made our own dinner after a great day of skiing - had everything we needed, and we enjoyed a nice dinner around the dining room table. Would hightly recommend if you are looking to save a little money on eating out. The house slept 5 comfortably - large bed in the master suite (w/ fireplace!), (2) twins in the other upstairs bedroom, and a double futon in the living room area. When the property description says the house is right on the river, it's no joke! Both the upstairs and downstairs balcony overlook the river - nice spot to go out and have your morning coffee. We also enjoyed a few games of ping pong in the garage - great way to wind down at the end of the day! Overall, I would highly recommend Riverdance - the house was great, had everything we needed, very organized and "user friendly", and Beth was great to work with.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We also enjoyed the grill on the balcony. We loved being right on the river. There was lots of wildlife to see. We liked the fans to help cool off the upstairs bedrooms because it was quite hot while we were there. Beth was great to work with. I am sure that when we go back to Pagosa, we will stay here again. The location was perfect, because we could walk to town, the hot springs, restaurants, and shops. Thanks so much!

This is the 2nd time our family ( 2, 5 and 16 yrs old) stayed here and it gets better each time. The place lives up to it's billing and then some. Words and pictures can't convey how theraputic it is just to sit on the balcony, it was great to wave hi the wife and kids passing by on their rafting trip through town from it. We purchased the weekly Hot Springs pass and made out like bandits using it daily during our 8 day stay. We really enjoyed the 3 day Bluegrass and Folk festival going on a 3 minute drive away, the kids had a good time running around and eventually sitting. We couldn't resist returning several times to Pagosa Brewing Co. for the food, beer and kid friendly outdoor area. Kips was also frequented several times for the food as well. With the snow melt the run-off was heavy making the couple falls we visited especially impressive. Did a little horseback riding and attempted fishing too. Had a great time and can't wait to return next year.
Owner response:I can't tell you how complementing it is for me to have "Return Guests" or their friends come and stay at Riverdance. I like to think of all my guests as friends by the time we plan the vacation. I've been sharing my home for 5 years with all of you and absolutely love it when you are more than satisfied. Pagosa is obviously God's country and I'm thrilled to pass on the beauty! Beth

Me and my two lady friends stayed here last weekend, 5/13 and 5/14. We wished we would have stayed three nights. We had such a great relaxing time. The Riverdance Townhome had everything we needed. It is so beautifully decorated and the back deck is right on the water. It was really quiet at night. This is the best place to stay in Pagosa Springs. Next time we are staying longer. Thanks Beth!

Riverdance was an awesome place for our family of 4 to stay for spring break. My wife and I, and our 2 daughters stayed here for a week during spring break and went skiing at Wolf Creek. The property was a short walk to downtown, but in a quiet area, right on the river, with balconies front and back. Very well maintained, clean, and a very comfortable home to come back to. I used some relaxation time to sit and read on the back balcony, where my reading was interrupted by watching ducks and geese fly over the river and land and play. We took a day off and walked to town to spend the day in the natural springs. We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties in CO, HI, and St. John, and this is one of the best we have found. Beth was especially helpful. Thanks so much for helping us to have a great spring break!

This was such a gorgeous place to stay. I loved how it was on the river and you could sit out on the balcony and listen to the river flowing. It was such a relaxing experience. There was plenty of room for our two families and we had so much fun. The springs are less than a mile a way and I loved that part of it as well. We will definitely be returning here in the neat future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.......

My wife and I stayed 2 nights with another couple the latter part of January and enjoyed it thoroughly! The layout of the condo lent to keeping our privacy when needed while also providing ample space to enjoy together time with friends in the ambiance of a gas fireplace. I can't think of one thing that we needed that was not already provided. Clean, quiet, and with great views off the back covered deck. We even decided to eat in one night instead of going out and did steaks on the grill. Thanks to the ample space in the garage, my friend and I were also able to get our ping pong game back on after years of not having played. Location, location, location. Right on the river and within a mile of the hot springs where we spent a large portion of our time rejuvenating ourselves. After looking around Pagosa Springs during our trip, this condo is truly hard to beat. I highly recommend it and know that we will be re-visiting it again.

My son, his girlfriend and I spent a week at the Riverfront townhouse mid January 2011. It was every as advertised and more. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable. The single "best" thing, there was plenty of hot water for showers after a hard day of skiing. I not only recommend this townhouse without reservations, but when returning to Pagosa Springs in the future I plan on staying here again.
