Hanson's 19th Hole is a well-appointed, comfortable, golf-themed two-story townhouse just a few blocks walk to the pro-shop and close to the community pool. A home-away-from-home in Bayside, a bayfront community less than four miles from the ocean. Bayside was named the 2006 Community of the Year by Coastal Living magazine.

The 19th Hole is a great gathering place for golf outings because the centerpiece of this community is Bayside Resort Golf Club's Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, which winds its way through Bayside's wetlands and woodlands. A number of holes offer dramatic views of Assawoman Bay's breathtaking coastline. Additionally, there are several other first-rate golf courses in proximity including the Links at Light House Sound, River Run, Bear Trap Dunes, Baywood Greens, Rum Point and Newport Bay.

However, Bayside is more than a golf destination. The Sun Ridge Tennis & Recreation Center includes an outdoor pool area, with a Splash Zone for the kids; snack bar; tennis courts; basketball court; youth soccer field; adult and youth sand volleyball courts; entertainment and game rooms; and fitness center. Other activities available in the community include canoeing, kayaking, sailing, fishing, and windsurfing. Guided nature trails, concerts and movies on the Village Green, scenic picnic and camping areas, and a shuttle to Fenwick Island's beautiful beach are at your disposal.
