June 1 - September 30: $1900/week or $5900/month
October 1 - December 14: $2400/week or $6900/month
December 15 - May 31: $2900/week or $8900/month
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter: $3500/week
There is a Room Tax of 11.5% for any tenant renting from 1-28 nights
There is a one time cleaning fee of $225.00 and security deposit of $2500
Tenant responsible for gas/electric in excess of $25/night, $175/wk or $750/month
