This condo was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home with a gorgous view of the ocean. Plenty of storage and spacious for our enitre family. The owner was wonderful to deal with. She responded promptly with any questions prior to our arrival and was available throughout our stay. Pools were fabulous, staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the kids SPLASH area.

My husband and I, along with our two daughters, four grandchildren and sons-in-laws, recently vacationed in this unit. Everything was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the decor well matched and there was attractive furniture on the balcony. The bathrooms were also very nice. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We also cooked several meals with a well-stocked kitchen. There was plenty of silverware, dishes, etc. Overall, we had a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. There were 5 adults and 1 child in our party. The condo was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable for our week's stay. The owner was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. We would stay in this unit again without a doubt!

I stayed at this condo from 7/18/09 to 7/25/09 with my wife two children 5 and 2 and my wifes sister and her husband. There was plenty of room and definelty could have accomadated more people. The room was very clean and well decorated with new furniture and applicances. The pools were great for the kids. There is a small water park a short walk down the boardwalk that didnt charge us because we were staying at the royale palms and the kids loved it. We shopped at Kroger's on rt 17 and cooked most of our meals in the condo. All of the appliances are new and work great and there is plenty of room in the dinning area. We went out to dinner at a Bazalian Restaruant called Rioz at Broadway on the beach and the food and service was excellent. The entire trip was excellent and we plan on staying at this condo again. The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to email before during and after the trip. Highly recomended.

Wow! What a trip. Quite a home you have there. It was by far - the highlight of our weekend (everything we had hoped it would be!). This was our first vacation rental of this type - it will definitely not be our last. It is a much more enjoyable way to stay. This gorgeous condo was absolutly perfect for our family of 4. The two bedroom for our teenagers were awesome with own t.v. and DVD player. Master suite was awesome. Could very easily accomodate more people. Staff was very friendly. Didn't really need assistance with anything, as the condo had everything available. Owner was excellent to deal with. Would highly recommend this unit to everyone.
