Free and unlimited parking is available in either the resort's surface parking lot or its underground parking garage. Local and toll telephone calls from inside the unit are FREE. Secured WiFi Internet access is available through Royal Kahana Resort at a fee of $10/day or $40/week. We (my Wife and I) stayed at this property September 5-10 2011. Was everything we expected....very clean, comfortable furniture, well appointed bathroom, recently renovated. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the lanai overlooking the beach and ocean. One thing we especially liked was cross ventilation in the unit. Open the windows on one side of the unit in both the dining area and bathroom, open the windows in the bedroom and to the lanai...GREAT breeze through the unit. We turned on the A/C our first day upon arrival...turned it off in less than two hours and left it off the entire six days. Ocean is 20 steps away from the pool. There are five or six gas grills around the pool which are kept clean. Unit has all the required cooking equipment should you wish to cook which we did every day. Much less expensive than eating out at the high priced Kanapaali resorts. Times grocery store is just down Hwy 30 (less than 5 minutes). Dont shop at Safeway in Lahaina.. DEFINITELY OVERPRICED !!! Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, swimming noodles (floats) and beach umbrellas all provided with the unit. If we return to Maui, we'll be sure to stay here again...Ann the owner is a great host and very accomodating, responds quickly to emails and ensures your needs are taken care of...unit was exactly as described in both written and photo descriptions...Highly recommend !!! Good place to stay for couples, small families (up to four people). Mahalo Ann for your wonderful hospitality and flexibility with our arrival and departure request. We had 4 wonderful nights in this fabulous unit with a view! Watching the sunset from the lanai was better than trying to sqeeze a peek at one of the local restaurants! The unit was well appointed and accurately described in the listing. Everything was clean and neat and the kitchen had all that you would need to whip up a meal. Ann made herself available for any questions or concerns we had which was comforting to know. If you want to be away from all the craziness of Lahaina and in a nice, beachfront location, then this is the place for you...plus you can walk to a delicious dinner at Roys! Very nice unit, we would definately recommend unit 914!

We spent 4 wonderful nights in this well appointed condo. The views were spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching the sunset and the full moon in the early morning hours. The condo was well stocked and we absolutely loved that there were 2 beach chairs, a cooler and snorkely gear...everything for a beach picnic which we enjoyed at Honoloa Bay! The listing description was very accurate and we were not disappointed when we arrived! Very clean and well maintained unit! And Ann was very responsive and concerned that all was well with us and our visit. We will definately come back to this well appointed and conveniently located condo! The best part is it is within walking distance to one of the best dinners we had...Roys!

This was our first trip to Maui and we feel so blessed to have been able to stay in this unit! We stayed in several locations on the island and this was our favorite. It is conveniently located in Kahana and the unit itself had fabulous views. The entire complex was well maintained. We loved the beach access and the beach chairs, cooler and boards provided in the unit. My kids had a blast watching sea turtles poke their heads out of the water. We enjoyed the sound of the ocean but the air conditioning was much appreciated. The unit was very large and beautifully decorated too. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! If we ever get back, we would definitely love to stay here again!
