The home is very spacious at 2400 square feet and equipped with every amenity - including a game room/bedroom with full-size billiard table. There are two bedrooms on the main level - one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed and extra twin bed. The master bedroom, on the lower level, has a king bed. There is also a full-size futon bed and rollaway bed in the game room/bedroom.
Located just two houses from the beach and two blocks from easy beach access.
