  My granddaughter and I felt right at home in this very comfortable and convenient condo. We had everything we needed and could walk everywhere. Rocky communicated promptly, clearly and was very helpful. Definitely recommend his condo!

  Wow! What a cool, kitschy little slice of "old town" Anchorage! Rocky was a gracious host, checking in without being nosy. I was here on a business trip in Anchorage for the week - what a much better option than a boring Holiday Inn. Highly recommended!

  The stay here was amazing! Definitely made us feel right at home (the well stocked kitchen was very nice). Loved the location; perfect for walking to all the downtown stores and restaurants. Thank you for everything you've done (for coming and checking on us and answering all of our questions). We will definitely be staying here for our next visit to Alaska! This was the perfect place to enjoy our honeymoon.

  Definitely recommend. Lots of space. Functional kitchen, and big refrigerator for storing your growlers from Glacier Brewhouse. Rocky checked on us and made sure we were happy with the property. We will certainly use this vacation rental again.

  Thanks for your hospitality (especially bringing us towels at 10a when we ran out)! Your place was perfect for our family of 3. Our 1 year old had a blast exploring and your ottoman was the perfect block for the kitchen. Baby proofing was easy and setting up his pack n play in the hall was perfect. You can count on our repeat business on future trips to visit our family here. Your place was clean and had all the modern luxuries!

  Loved the decor in your condo. Nice job stocking the place, everything we needed. The location was supreme, walking distance to all the bars & restaurants. Rocky, you were superb in helping us in and making our stay comfortable. We fell in love with Alaska!

  This place was perfect for us. We loved having a kitchen to our own meals (salmon and Alaskan Crab). We recommend Snow City Cafe for Breakfast and Moose's Tooth if you want some good pizza. A day trip to Denali is king, but the park is neat. We highly recommend the Kenai Fjords Cruise as well. It was awesome! Thanks Rocky!

  Great stay. Liked it enough to stay twice! Great location for walking, getting to railroad and getting to major streets. Extremely comfortable "home away from home" and Rocky provided many amenities to make your stay more memorable. A great stay and introduction to Alaska! Thanks again!

  Loved the location-across from the Hilton and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Snow City cafe is the best breakfast spot...Rocky was very attentive including personally greeting us after our midnight flight and rental car pickup to orient us at 1:30am to the well stocked and furnished condo; free parking and WiFi included was very nice! Quiet and comfortable stay. Thanks again Rocky!

  My husband and I stayed in this fun condo while we attended our grandson's graduation weekend. The apartment was very comfortable and just abut everything we needed and included many of the little "extras" that I have in my guest room. From the fluffy towles, newer electronics, iPod station, sound spa machine and more. Because the condo is located in an older building, you will have some interesting details there too. We would certainly stay again!

  Thank you for a very memorable stay in Anchorage! The renovations on the condo are gorgeous. I had a great time walking around downtown. Staying at the condo was more like house sitting for a friend than anything else! Everything was provided and it was a really great experience. Thanks again!!

  This was a great place for us to stay in Anchorage. We walked to almost everything. We really enjoyed walking down to the river by the ULU Factory to watch the salmon. Rocky was so easy to work with. Thanks so much.

  A very enjoyable stay. All was comfortable and the location...spectacular! Everyone must dine at Marx Bros. Cafe at least once. Superb. Orso excellent as well as Glacier Brew House. And or course nothing beats Red Robin (not).

  This location is perfect-so close to all of the great shops downtown. The condo was beautiful and Rocky was very accomodating. If you get a chance, try to take a drive outside of Anchorage-the views are amazing!! Thanks again, Rocky!! Whitney Zuelsdorf & Derek Goyich May 25-June 1st 2011

  Of course you will find that there is no better location than this at any price in all of Anchorage. But better than that is the personal concern of Rocky to make sure your stay is perfect. He answers his phone and he knows this town. Had a great stay here!!

  Fun time in Anchorage! We enjoyed the location right in the middle of everything. I highly recommend the whale watching tour out of Seward on the Kenai Fjords-Superb service and fun!! Great little condo
