Short drive to either lodges. Perfect location; lots of room to play around the complex with beautiful views of the mountains all around. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Will definitely stay here next time!

My boyfriend and I had an awesome three night stay in this condo. We have stayed in Brian Head before but felt that this time we got a lot more bang for the buck. Having a separate bedroom, kitchen and living room was a major plus. The place was very well stocked and we ended up using the kitchen for most meals. Would definitely recommend this place to other couples, especially if you will be using the Freedom Ski pass! :)

Enjoyable stay!!! Very comfortable with a ‘home-like’ feel. Had all the comforts and space we needed for our little adventure. Close enough for convenience but far enough to not hear the noise from the main road. Really appreciate the flexibility with our booking as things changed.
Owner response:Thanks MTB!

We thought this condo was a great place to come 'home' to after a day's skiiing. It was warm and clean. The decor was very welcoming and the kitchen was well kitted out. The whole rental process went like clockwork.

We had a great time in BH. Your place was perfect for my wife and 2 yr old -- nicely deco'd, cozy, and very convenient. It was a great deal, especially since it included the freedom pass. We'll definitely keep your place in mind the next time we take a trip up there. Thanks so much for your responsiveness and follow up.

This condo was in a very convenient location and, the mountain side access road offered a perfect perch from which to watch the 4th of July Fireworks. The condo was comfortable, had everything we needed, and is an excellent value.

Richard, I wanted to let you know about our experience in Brian Head. The trip was outstanding, my daughter (Age 4) learned to ski and we will now start a family tradition of going to Brian Head every year. I like Brian Head better than Southern Colorado. The drive is better and the resort is fantastic for families. More importantly to you the condo was very terrific. We travel several times a year and use VRBO often. Your process is very professional and easy. As someone who works in the design trade, your condo is very nicely decorated and has all the necessities. My wife was impressed with the kitchen we were missing nothing. Despite being buried in snow twice the roads and drive were always accessible. Phone and Internet reception was great so I could keep in touch with the office. I don't think we will be back in March. To come from Phoenix we really need a week to make it worth the trip. Between school and two work schedules I not sure we can make it happen. We will definitely be back next year for at least a week or two. Thank You, Matt Cepkauskas

Hi Richard, we had a great time. The fall colors were beautiful up there, the foliage changed dramatically in the nine days we were there. The condo was great, we really enjoyed not having to pack up daily and having a home base to come home to each nite, your little place is very cozy, comfortable, and quiet, no one else up there except the handyman. Thanks for the tip on the cycling, we only got one day in but had a great time. The national parks were spectacular, we managed 2 days each in Zion and Bryce, and a day in Escalante and Capitol Reef. We even had an amazing 5 star meal in Torrey UT before heading home after doing the Hwy 12 scenic drive. Also managed a day in Cedar City and saw a wonderfully entertaining play, The Complete Works of William Shakespeare, Abridged. I did drop one of the gold plates, so you are short one of those, my apologies. Hope all else is fine. thank you, Lisa and Dave Magness

Richard Sorry I did not reply to you after our stay at your condo. We had a great time the skiing was super and that ski pass helped out a great deal. The biggest complement of all is from my wife who is usually grossed out by hotel rooms and rental houses. My wife loved the decor and described your condo as very clean. She felt right at home, this made my job easier.I'm sure we will be contacting you soon. Take care, Eric Gustafson

I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the earth tones and decor of the entire condo. The pictures listed only hint at it. Everything was easy to find and use for our comforts. We took a night walk when we got there and found the area to be so peaceful and scenic. It's above the ski area so you can see quite far. We only hope we didn't disturb any neighbors by our laughing so hard while playing games and watching movies at night after spending the day in the snow. The only thing I missed (having stayed at Brian Head before... but with a larger group) was a hot tub to warm up in after playing in the snow. But the heater and fireplace worked well. :c) Thank you for providing such a nice get away stay.

Aloha Richard, I had a really great ski vacation at Brian Head Resort thanks to you and your condo. The condo was very convenient and close to the resort and ski lifts. It was very affordable and the bonus of including the season pass for the lifts made it a really tremendous bargain for me on my limited budget traveling from Hawaii. It was absolutely the best deal I found on VRBO...! Your condo was very warm and cozy and I loved the earth tone decorations that made the condo very attractive, along with the very comfortable sofa and chair that made it easy to relax and feel at home. My compliments to the interior decorator...! You had the condo set up with everything I needed, with a complete kitchen and all the linens and towels. I'd easily give your condo a 4 Star rating and I would highly recommend it to anyone who asks (feel free to provide me as a reference if you ever need one). The skiing was great and the recent storm dropped 3"-4" of new powder so it was absolutely great timing and a wonderful way to finish the ski season. I enjoyed working with you...and it was a perfect stay...and a great ski vacation!! God Bless and take care, Robert Lindan Maui, Hawaii

We enjoyed a great, comfortable stay in the condo. The snow in March was fantastic and the condo was a welcome respite to the white out conditions we experienced on arrival day. The owners had taken care to create a very welcoming and comfortable environment for their guests. The condo was stocked with everything one could want for a pleasant vacation. Great kitchen amenities, games, movies, nice linens and fluffy towels. The decor was really nice, updated and not early motel. We had a great visit and will return again!

This place is a good deal because a lift ticket is included and it is a nice, clean, decent-sized condo unit. The beds were very comfortable! Lots of amenities, extra kitchen spices, and a wood burning fireplace. We got LOTS of snow. The parking is easy - right in front of the condo - and it is .9 miles off of the main road. Cell phones (AT&T and TMobile) don't work here. The owner is very personable and easy to work with and we'd definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here during the 4th July holiday. The condo is well maintained and tastefully decorated. We had comfortable space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The condo is located in a building containing about a dozen units, at the end of a street on top of a ridge 200 or 300 feet above the valley floor around 10,000 feet above the sea, which means it has lots of privacy with nice view from the deck, and no vehicle traffic other than residents. It was safe for our 2 girls to run around the wooden deck surrounding the entire building, chasing squirrels, chipmunks and watching the hummingbirds feed at the neighbor's feeder. The tap water was very good, no chemical odors, so we did not bother with buying bottled water. The temperatures approached 80 during the day and fell to 50 during the night, so it was quite a difference from 115 in Vegas, and it allowed us to spend lots of time outdoors. We visited the Cedar Breaks National Monument about 5 miles away, and several destinations about 20 miles away such as Duck Creek Village - you can skip it, I was not impressed, Navajo Lake - pretty and undeveloped with just a campground and few boats on the lake, Panguitch Lake - maybe less pretty, more developed, and better suited for boating and fishing. We also visited Cedar City, but could not attend the Shakespearean Festival because they do not admit kids below 6 years. Cell phones did not work in the valley, but I was able to catch a signal standing outside the condo, probably coming from the Interstate 15 towers on AT&T Cingular network The only thing that I missed was an internet connection. I would stay here again because the condo is well maintained and the owner responds in a professional manner. Robert 7 July 2007
