IN BERKSHIRE VILLAGE, NAPLES, Florida, we are pleased to offer you a beautiful, tastefully decorated and well maintained three bedroom, two bathroom lakeside home. The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, backing directly onto a large natural lake. Only 10 to 12 minutes to the famous Naples' beaches, shopping mall, and the exquisite shops and restaurants located on 5th Avenue or 3rd street! We are about 30 minutes to Marco Island to the south and about the same distance to Sanibel Island to the north west.
After having taken the house off the rental market for the past 18 months, we decided to offer our house again to those guests who desire a relaxing vacation with all of the amenities of a well-stocked home in a quiet neighborhood.
The formal dining room and large natural, bright living/family room, overlooks the lake and your very private pool. The furnishings are not only exquisite, but very comfortable. The openness of the home is enhanced by the spacious vaulted ceilings throughout. A fully equipped kitchen with eat-in area is perfect for quick dining or a formal occasion. The pool area lanai is accessible through the living room or the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with private full ensuite, including a separate tub and shower. There is a large walk-in closet and double sink vanity. The other bedrooms are located at the other side of the home, one has a full queen bed, the other has two twin beds. A full bathroom is located adjacent to both of these bedrooms. There is a large executive desk and reading area with a large comfortable chair. There are two TV's with full cable service and DVD/Video players. Although there are 3 separate bedrooms, we have set the maximum number of guests at 5 persons. WIFI secure internet service is included.
The rear of the home faces south, for maximum sun exposure for those sun worshippers. The crystal clear kidney shaped swimming pool is solar heated for year 'round swimming comfort. You can relax on the outdoor furniture in the sun or shade. You can relax and view the lake while grilling or dining in the large outdoor eating area. A private tennis court is located nearby and a full recreation centre is a 10 minute stroll away!
In season, you can pick your own grapefruit or oranges right off the fruit trees in the back yard. This is our own private home so we take pride in our home and keep it well maintained. We have many returning guests who have enjoyed their vacation in sunny Naples!

Low Season ....April 16 - December 14.. $2400/month ** $850/weekly **
A "month" is 4 consecutive weeks. Extra days may be offered if available.

The Unique Benefits of this House
It is nice to have a south facing lanai, so that in the winter it is still warm and sunny when you sit out around the pool. The pool temperature rarely goes below 84 degrees, even in January!

What a perfect vacation!!!! I did NOTHING. Except lay around near the pool, sip a few G+T's every day, read a book, dip in the pool 5 or 6 times a day, every day. The privacy of the yard overlooking the lake offers a sense of tranquility that you can seldom find for a totally relaxing vacation. I travel globally about 100 days a year. I have found the perfect pace to unwind. All the amenities that you could possibly need are in the house. Also, it is spotless. The fresh fruit we picked from the trees in the back yard was delicious. We are returning early in the new year to recharge our batteries and DO NOTHING again. Extremely good value for the money paid.

My friend and I enjoyed the private and inviting ambiance of the house and the backyard lake and pool area. It was peaceful and serene, like an oasis. The house was beautifully furnished and I thought it was better equipped than my own home up north! We relaxed and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We really liked the beach club on Sundays and we loved the miles of public beaches in Naples. A great get-away!

This is truly a beautiful and tranquil place. The house is clean, spacious, and furnished in a lovely tropical-themed decor. The pool area has a barbeque, comfortable furniture, and a very serene view of the lake. The pool is extremely pleasant and well-maintained. Shopping is only minutes away, and once you pick up a few things to throw on the barbeque, you might not care if you do anything other than chill by the pool. We travel alot, but this was the easiest and most relaxing trip we've had in a while. We didn't want to go home!

I stayed at this rental with a friend and it was excellent. It was in a quiet neighbourhood within about 10 - 15 minutes of downtown and beaches. The house itself had everything you could need - a well appointed kitchen, large comfortable sitting and dining area, and good sized bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It also has a screened-in patio with a barbeque and pool and a pretty view of the small lake behind. You can actually pick fresh citrus in the backyard for breakfast! I would definitely recommend it.

What can we say, house and pool are fabulous. We spent 2 glorious weeks in October 2006. Location is perfect,close to everything. We loved it so much we are going back again in October 2007.
