Be the first to enjoy an extended stay at our lovely lake front condo. Our unit was built in 2006 and we have enjoyed it tremendously and would like to invite you to enjoy it too. It is available year round for your enjoyment.

Our unit has been beautifully decorated with fish/lake decor to make you feel like your at the lake and not just another plain hotel room. This unit is one of the largest in this 60 unit complex at (1500 sq. ft.) The Master bedroom has a Queen size Mahogany poster bed and 2 Lazy-boy recliners for your relaxation. The second bedroom has a Full size 4pc. bedroom suit and the third bedroom has 2 Trundle beds that can sleep 3-4 comfortably. There is a roll-a-way bed in the hall closet if you need an xtra bed, because we do not have sofa beds.(Occupancy must not exceed 8 in this unit. The person renting the unit must be at least 30 and be staying in the unit during the rental period). TV only in the Den. 37" flat screen HD with DVD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar with bar stools. The dining area has a full size table with 6 chairs for sit down dinners, or enjoy dining out on the patio, or out by the pools. Or, if you don't feel like cooking just walk on over to "Frankies on the Water" the on-site restaurant, and let them do the cooking while you enjoy the fabulous view from either inside or outside seating.

Full size laundry room equipped with washer/dryer iron and ironing board. Beach towels are not provided.

The North Lake Condo Club is located right off Hwy. 280 in Alexander City, Alabama @ mile marker 72. Approx. 2 1/2 hrs. from Atlanta, about 1 hr. from Birmingham and 1/2 hr. from Auburn.(Would be a great place to stay during College Football season). Would also be a great place for parents to meet and spend a weekend with their kids who are attending Auburn or other surrounding colleges.

There is an assigned boat slip for your boat or jet ski, space is limited and boat slip permit is required to use the slip (One will be provided upon arrival). There is also a boat ramp on site, or you can put in at one of the other boat ramps close by, your choice.

The 2 pools & hot tub located just steps from the back door offers an alternative to swimming in the lake. The only thing missing is you. Pack your bags and give us a call to reserve your vacation get-a-way today.
