Accommodations: Villa - 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s) - 3 Baths - (Sleeps 8-10)

Oue Family day out at Discovery Cove-a must for all those who visit Orlando -!!! - Orlando Vacation The Little Mermaid Villa is new for 2008. Our villa gives you that home from home feeling but with the added bonus of a pool/spa and extended patio area - not overlooked from the rear to ensure you complete privacy Plus you lucky enough to have sunshine from sunrise until sundown..a real suntrap!!! Entrance to the villa is discreetly sloped to make it accessible to wheelchair users and buggies alike. Also as you leave either of the master bedrooms you are able to go out onto the pool area without having to tackle any steps. Entry to the house you have a large kitchen and morning room separate from the living room which in turn leads out to the patio area. Two Large bedrooms lead off the living room and in these you will find kingsize bedrooms with televisions, walk in or fitted wardrobes, from there you will find the en-suites which have walk in showers [with grab bars]and bath tubs. The two other rooms have single beds, televisions in each room and have the use of the third bathroom. The utility houses a large washing machine and tumble dryer plus ironing equipment. Off the utility room you will find our games room which we have equipped with toys for those big boys and not so big boys to play with whilst waiting to go out to the theme parks for for that evenings entertainment! As stated our villa has been discretely altered to help those using walking aides/wheelchairs.....apart from the easy access into and out of the villa we have installed a rail to the pool steps to help give support to those who are unsteady on their feet and want that extra support. Our pool also has a spa where you can enjoy the relaxing hours after long days at the parks or shopping. The pool area has been extended to give extra room around the pool. Our villa is situated on a very select gated community and only those staying at the villa are able to enter Tower Lake using a special gate code. Tower Lake itself has a stunning lake where residents of the villa are able to fish for Bass.......maybe taking it home for their nights supper! Shopping facilities are very good with the local shopping [Walmart,Walgreens] only three minutes from Tower Lake.
