My husband and I stayed at Sylvia's place last September for 10 days while having medical treatment at the baptist hospital. It was a clean, comfortable and lovely studio. Bright, airy and well equipped. It had the privacy of your own place but with the security of being on the owners fenced in property. We had a rental car and parking was easy but Sylvia also lent us her bikes which were perfect for peddling around the leafy streets and popping down to coconut grove, the park or the fresh market. I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again. Sylvia and Gary will help you with anything you need.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

My husband, 7 month-old daughter, and I absolutely adored our time here. This pool house is perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood that is ideal for strolls, but also close enough to other attractions (downtown Miami, Key of Biscayne, Little Havana) for daily excursions. The gorgeous pool is the convenient break from the hot weather, and the owners were helpful but never intrusive. Walk to the Fresh Market and Scotty's Landing on the waterfront.

My husband and I first stayed here in 2006 and we've been back three times since. It's absolutely beautiful. The guest house has all the modern conveniences you'd want and is in pristine condition, and the owners are gracious and so accommodating but definitely give you all the privacy you could ever want. And so close to everything, including a gourmet grocery store to stock up on fresh fruit and other goodies. You really couldn't ask for more. I also highly recommend a daily stroll around the neighborhood to see the resident peacocks at play.... tropical paradise!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing.
