Bonita Village is a brand new upscale resort located in Bonita Springs, within a mile of the Gulf of Mexico. The grand opening was in late 2007. Our condo is beautifully and completely decorated. This includes bedding, kitchen accessories, towels etc. We bought it with the intention of eventually selling it but meanwhile we've made it as nice as we can. It is fully equipped with tile floors, granite counters, full sized refrigerator, etc. Each bedroom (plus the living room) has its own DVD player. There are 2 lanai areas. The front overlooks a mass of trees and is very peaceful The back overlooks the pool and chickee bar and the Clubhouse/Fitness Center. There are no other weekly rentals like it!

Bonita Village has a brand new shuttle van that can take you to the beach and back, every half hour. You can also walk to the beach, to miniature golf, to a special ice cream shop, and to many restaurants. Lots of shopping of all kinds is available within a 10 min drive. Besides the shopping found in Bonita Springs, Naples Fifth Avenue is only about 30 minutes away.

It's great in the summertime because the traffic is milder and the beach water is warm. This is the time of year you see all the people enjoying their water toys and playing in the water. Rates are lower and many restaurants have special prices then also.

"The Season" here is Jan, Feb, Mar, and April. Many people from colder climates spend as much time here as possible then. Outdoor sports occupy a lot of their time as does shopping also. The beach water is invigorating and many people choose to just lay on the beach.

The perfect months are April, May, November, December. The summer heat has left and there is little rain. Every day is a day in Paradise!
The owners live in the area and will be glad to help you find things to do and places to go.

  • We stayed at this condo in August 2007. The condo is spacious and the furnishing are exquisite. It is in a great location, just 1 mile from the beach and just off Route 41 so you can get anywhere in a very short period of time. You will love relaxing by the spacious pool with a beautiful fountain. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

  • With two kids, we always stay in condos when we go on vacation. This is the nicest condo we have ever stayed in while traveling! The condo was gorgeous and the location was spectacular! Everyday we walked to restaurants and every evening there was mini golf and ice cream we could walk to as well. The beaches were beautiful and so close. We would definately stay here again.

  • We had such a lovely time at this gorgeous condo. The condo is decorated in beautiful "Florida" motif. It has all the amenities you could ask for. The pool area is fabulous! The airy lanai is a great place to enjoy an evening cocktail after a day at the beach or pool. The condo is conveniently located to numerous restaurants, shops, and of course the beach! We would highly recommend and we will definitely stay there on our next trip!
