View of house and driveway - Hiawassee, GA Georgia Vacation Rentals - Why stay in a hotel? We call our place Fantasia. The whole Enchanted Valley is at your feet! Look out over both NC and GA with gorgeous views of sprawling Lake Chatuge and the mountains beyond. You can even see Brasstown Bald. The valley view is year-round and is nearly panoramic in winter. The large sleeping loft/office and master bedroom open to covered decks. The house has a charming Southwestern decor. Make yourself at home! The large wrap-around deck (partially covered) is great for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying the beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine. Though you're on a mountain ridge, you won't believe the easy access--paved two-lane road, no steep drop-offs near house. We're located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area. Our home is at the end of a cul-de-sac (only two homes nearby) and is nearly surrounded by forest. You'll feel like you're in a treehouse! We have two small, level yard areas. What to do, what to do? We provide a notebook chock full of suggestions, menus, and day trips (state parks, waterfalls, hikes, scenic drives, whitewater rafting, skiing, boat rentals, Helen, GA). You're only minutes to a major road, restaurants (fine and casual), shopping (lots of neat shops), grocery stores, boat rentals, movie multiplex, kids' place/major arcade, lake park, beer and wine, and golf. There are often things going on in the Hayesville town square. We're 10 minutes to either Hiawassee and Hayesville; close to Franklin, Young Harris, Blairsville, and Murphy. You'll just love this whole area! You'll enjoy UNLIMITED LONG DISTANCE CALLS and DSL. We have Dish Network with over 200 channels. Bringing little ones? We have a crib mattress/sheet, stepstool, table and chairs, and gates for the stairs. We allow small pets for a nominal surcharge. If our calendar shows us booked, check with us regarding another home in the same area.

$585/week, $95/night (plus cleaning fee of $50).
$100 to hold reservation, due within 1 week; Balance 21 days before rental date
$25 charge for small pets.
Full refund if canceled 21 days before arrival date.  After that,
we will gladly refund if we rent the week.

AUG 2-16, SEPT 6-13, SEPT 20-OCT 11: $550/WK (+ $50 cleaning fee)
