CASA ZEN is in the quiet neighborhood of Ensenada in Rincon, Puerto Rico. The house is steps to the Marina beach and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, a beautiful surfing and snorkeling beach. Rincon is only 30 minutes away from the Rafael Hernandez Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla , 2-2.5 hours from the Luis Munoz Marin (SJU) Airport in San Juan, and 1.30 hours from Ponce Airport. BQN is the closest.
This bright & airy newly remodeled 4/BR 2/BA house sits on a quiet lot with mango, avocado, acerola, "corazon", banana, and papaya trees. We have two units available:
ONE BEDROOM/ONE BATH APARTMENT: This unit has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room with a futon (which can sleep one person or child). The living room has a small fridge, coffeemaker, breakfast table and a wooden balcony. No kitchen. Perfect for a couple.

TWO BEDROOM/ONE BATH APARTMENT: This unit has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a wooden balcony, a second bedroom with two twin beds, remodeled bath, living room, full kitchen with fridge, toaster oven, radio with ipod dock, and gas stove top. This unit has solar heated water. Sleeps 4.

Daily yoga classes are 5 min. away. Other beaches and famous surf spots are a short stroll down the beach. This is Rincon at its best. Dare to explore it!

Casa Zen is just as advertised-- a lovely, calm, clean and comfortable home away from home. Our extended family (2 couples, 3 children) rented the whole floor (the 2 bdrm & 1 bdrm) and it was a generous amount of space, including a great kitchen and living room and deck. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and a short drive to a number of other beaches and sights. Highly recommended!

I spent a month in the 2 bdrm. Tres Palmas is one of the premiere beaches in the world and the house is as special as the beach located a short block away. The owner is a talented artist and her paintings highlight the living room and master bedroom. the beach may be great but so is the walk to reach it from the house. I made friends with the neighbors along that path which consisted of roosters, horses, cows and a few humans to feed them. Observing the night sky constellations framing the big dipper as the skies center piece from my bedroom balcony was my evening highlight when taking a break from reading my book. The central location is just far enough away from town (Rincon) and the surf culture of Maria's beach (about a one minute drive to each)to give me the feeling I was in my own little oasis when pulling into the driveway. I can't wait to return to that special place called CASA ZEN.

Our family enjoyed Casa Zen very much. We thought it was beautiful, and very clean. The area was safe and close to the beach. Not having a TV or radio was a blessing, it helped our family to grow closer and enjoy each others company. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. God Bless!!
