Our new lodge is located near the central area of Dillon in Summit County, Colorado (a.k.a. "Colorado's Playground"). Consisting of 3, 4, and 7 bedroom accommodations, we can satisfy groups of all sizes. We specialize in helping you have an enjoyable, comfortable and memorable vacation in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

Surrounded by trees and spectacular Rocky Mountain views, the Lodge is perfect for your vacation. Everything is new and fabulous. New appliances, plush furniture, towels, comforters, etc. The Lodge is nicely decorated in warm earth tones, with solid oak doors, blinds, and accents throughout. There is a large Game Room and a rejuvenating spa with 101 jets. There is even a fox den in the rocky hills adjacent to the Lodge. Moxy Fox and her 4 kits are often seen frolicking in the woods.

We also offer free WiFi Internet access, cable T.V. with many premium movie channels and multiple televisions.




The Lodge is within walking distance to the main street in Dillon, about 1/4 mile away, and also 1 mile from Lake Dillon. Also within 1 mile is a grocery store, a multitude of restaurants, shops, a theater, bowling, etc. Everything you will need for your vacation is only a few minutes away. Additionally, the Lodge is located in the heart of Summit County and is surrounded by several world-class ski resorts, including:

  • GREAT TIME! We had 27 people in the house and had plenty of room. Kevin was honest and great to work with. The place was more than ready for us when we got there, and the location was very convenient. We walked or rode our bikes most places. Great views of the east side of the valley, and sunrises from the deck were stunning. Highly recommend this location to anyone with a large group.

  • We had our family/friends reunion over the Memorial Day weekend at the Piney Acres Loge and we had a great time. The house was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of room in the upper level great room for everyone to hang out and play games. The game room was a big hit among the young and the young at heart. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and very kind. We will stay here again in the future.

  • We had a wonderful time on our weekend at this beautiful place. There were 23 of us, it is our annual Cousin's retreat. There was plenty of room and we all enjoyed ourselves very much. The game room and hot tub are fantastic. The view is beatiful and there is plenty of space for everyone to be able to spready out and enjoy theirselves. Would highly recommend using this property.

  • Our large family stayed at Kevin's place in February. The house has a great layout with a large kitchen that could easily accommodate our group. The kids loved the gameroom and the foxes that often played right off the porch. Location is ideal. Close to the grocery store, movie theater and the ski lifts are just down the road. Kevin was great to work with. Prompt responses to all questions and e-mails. Would love to stay there again in the future. Highly recommended!
