Spacious duplex (1500 sq. ft.) in a lovely brownstone on a beautiful tree-lined block in center of Park Slope, Brooklyn. Close to 5th Avenue and 7th Avenue's great neighborhood restaurants, cafes, and trendy shops. Easy walking distance to Prospect Park, the jewel of Brooklyn, offering summer concerts, boating, horseback riding, and many other activities. Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Brooklyn Museum of Art, and Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) are also close by.
Easy 15 minutes to Manhattan via subway. 2 minute walk to R or M trains at Union Street station. 10 minute walk to Q or B trains at 7th Avenue station.
Parlor Floor: Two large bedrooms (each with queen sized bed) and one full bath.
Ground Floor: Open living room, kitchen and dining area leading to backyard garden with barbeque grill. One half bath.
Basement Floor: Den with additional sleeping area (twin bed and futons).
