Private top floor balcony overlooking a sandy beach and a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix. Enjoy any one of the four seasons at this comfortable condominium which can sleep eight people comfortably.
There is one large master bedroom which overlooks the lake and includes a kingsize bed and private bath. A second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has twin size bunkbeds. There is also a fold-away sofa in the living room.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, a standard size electric range with oven, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room table seats six people.
A deck overlooks the lake. It has comfortable wicker deck furniture for four persons and also a Weber gas grill which is connected to the building's gas line so you don't have to worry about filling a propane tank.

The condo was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The views overlooking the lake were delightful. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. I hope we are able to stay again sometime!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Well decorated and clean. On a beautiful lake and beach. The owner was very easy to work with. If we ever return to the area, we certainly would rent this unit without hesitation. We have used VRBO around the world and this condo is right up at the top of our list of nice places. We have been making family memories at this wonderful condo in East Jordan for a few years. It's the perfect combination of clean, convenient and comfortable. The spacious living area gives us plenty of group family time together as well as privacy. The condo is fully furnished with impeccable taste for decor as well as functionality. Regardless of the season, East Jordan, Charlevoix and the other communities offer great recreational options, dining, shopping, and worship as well as diverse nature areas to enjoy. You can have a great time here on any budget.

With having 3 bedrooms, we were able to enjoy a great vacation with our whole family including Grandma and Grandpa! It's a beautiful location on Lake Charlevoix with a sandy beach for the kids and a large yard for sports. The furnishings are modern and comfortable, and make you feel at home. Having all the amenities was a part of what made our experience perfect! Downtown Charlevoix is about a 15 minute drive, and also offers some great entertainment for the whole family. We enjoyed the beach and park, walking through the marina to see the boats, shopping, and the water fountains. All around, great place to stay!
