Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Summer weekly rate: $1,700/week (including week of the Ironman Triathlon)
Plus $850 deposit with $150 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Winter rental available from October to May (monthly or weekly).

Cancellation policy is a 45 day notice for full refund.(except Ironman)
Check in time is 3:30pm / check out time is 10:00am
