  Our family of four rented this condo for the first time and it was fabulous. Neat as a pin and within walking distance of the tennis courts, several pools and all the resort has to offer. All the amenities made this super easy for a family--a washer and dryer, great kitchen with everything you could need, 3 bedrooms, a grassy area to play and lots of toys in the garage. I highly recommend it.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This house is great. It is directly across from the tennis courts of La Quinta Resort so walking in and out of La Quinta could not be easier. The house was great - a large master bedroom with king and huge bathroom with 2 sinks. A smaller room with queen sized bed that shares a smaller (but great) bathroom with another large bedroom with 2 twin beds. Lots of closet space. Perfect living room and kitchen with small eat in table. Internet worked great. Never tested the TVs as we were too busy having fun outdoors. Sue, the property manager, was very easy to deal with, and we received our security deposit back in full a week after the rental. I would rent again. Thank you.

  We loved this beautiful in Santa Rosa Cove! The location couldn't be beat - right across the street from the La Quinta resort tennis courts. There is a bike in the garage and we rented another one at the resort - it's a lovely area to bike around. The home is very clean and has wonderful furnishings and bedding and was so comfortable. We will be back! The owner was excellent to deal with and I highly recommend this home rental.

  We have been to La Quinta many times over the past 8 years. This is by far the best place ever. Cozy, warm, comfortable and inviting are the best words to describe this wonder place. Not to forget the wonderful location. We will only stay at the perfect condo from now on.

  Our family of 5 stayed in the condo during this Xmas vacation. We found the property well maintained, sunny and in a great location. The furnishings were tasteful, the dining room table and smaller kitchen table were wonderful and the open living room added to the feeling of openness. I think this is a perfect place for a small family who isn't using the condo for entertaining. The owner was easy to work with and we would recommend renting this condo.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

  A beautiful condo, well maintained, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of room, convenient to tennis and La Quinta resort hotel. Equally important was that the owner was very easy to deal with; quick response, simple rental agreement, easy access to property. Will definitely refer this property to friends and rent it again for our family.

  I enjoyed our vacation at this clean and well-maintained 3 bedroom condo within walking distance to tennis, pool, golf,spa and fitness center at the La Quinta Resort. The owner was very accuarate in her description of the property location,layout and amenities which include cable tv with HBO, DVD and CD player, wireless interent,electric barbeque and fireplaces. The owner was also very responsive to all our needs and returned our security deposit promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to my friends.

  We had a most wonderful stay in this condo and feel relaxed and replenished as we had hoped. This condo is wonderful!!! It is beautifully furnished and has everything one might want. We had a barbeque on the patio, enjoyed a few of the restaurants in the area, saw some movies and mostly relaxed. This is a beautiful place to have a get away.
