This irresistible, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the water and has a stunning ocean front view. The unit has been newly painted and updated. The freshly updated kitchen includes new cherry cabinets; beautiful granite counter tops; a flat-surface, smooth-top range; and state-of-the-art appliances. The bathrooms have been completely updated with new tile and paint. All major rooms have ceiling fans.
This luxury unit is on the third (top) floor, which has the best view of the ocean, and features a fully-equipped kitchen, private lanai, cable TV, washer and dryer, and telephone. We've also included beach towels, coolers, and backpacks as well as stocked the kitchen with pots and pans and some spices. You'll also find a full bookshelf and a notebook of our recommendations for
restaurants, things to do, and maps of the island.
We do have FREE internet access in our condo via cable and FREE long distance phone service anywhere in the USA and Canada.
Plus, if you love to golf, we can arrange discounts for you at the Big Island Country Club.
The Alii Villas complex is located 1 mile south of Kailua-Kona. The property is set at the water's edge among lovely gardens and coastal palms. Our central location is perfect to watch the ocean sunsets, far enough away from noise and traffic, but a short walk to the center of town. Here, you'll have the opportunity to relax at the pool, have a BBQ, or sit on the rocks and watch the sun set over the blue Pacific.

The condo is very conveniently located within reasonable walking distance to town and driving distance to severl beaches and shopping centers. We had only 4 days and our trip was alll about sightseeing so the condo was basically a base for our sightseeing agenda. We left early and got home late so we didn't spend much time at the condo. We walked around the Alii Villas area and it was clean, quiet, had great views, and a good pool and BBQ area. The condo's 2 BR and 2 BA was perfect as our party consisted of 2 couples. The washer & dryer was convenient. The lanai provided great breakfast views of the ocean & birds. The internet was a little slow but no big deal. We had a small issue with a leaky toilet that was immediately resolved by the owner & maintenance staff. We would have no reservations in staying here again or recommending others to do so.

We have made many trips to Kona and this is just the best condo. View from the lanai,great! Air flow great. Your 2bdrm 2bath condo is clean, up to date and beautiful. Love to snorkle off the reef and the pool is the larger than most. Thank you for sharing your home away from home with us. It made our two week stay perfect

We are just finishing up a week here and it has been wonderful. We have stayed in other condos in this complex, and this one is the best. Jim has put a lot of his interior design skills to work, with beautiful and high quality features and great appliances. The air flow through the condo is wonderful- you never feel too warm. Wanted to add that the BBQ setup by the pool is outstanding, and we have always loved the pool here. Thanks, and we intend to come back to this unit!

So glad I chose Allii Villas and this unit! It was perfect! Location, amenities, cleanliness, spaciousness, friendliness....it was all great! My husband and I spent 7 wonderful nights and looked forward to greeting the day with fresh fruit on the lanai with a spectacular view! Our trip was specifically designated to complete state # 41 for my 50 state marathon quest and I am so glad I chose the Big Island. Everyone was friendly and helpful and it was very easy to get around. We rented bikes, we snorkled, we swam the Ironman swim course...if we ever have a chance to return to Kona, I would chose here! My husband and I just spent 8 days here to celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary. The condo was PERFECT, fully stocked and had all the amenities you need to cook, clean and be comfortable. The lanai is huge, comfy and has a spectacular view of Kailua Bay. You go to sleep and wake up everyday to the sound of the ocean, the complex is landscaped beautifully and the pool is SUPER clean and completely new and re done. There's also a kick butt reef just off the property that has great snorkeling and the complex is walking distance to the main Kona strip and the awesome beaches on Alii Dirve. We're planning on returning every year for our anniversary. THANK YOU!!!!

My wife and I just had a rare experience on the big island. The entire trip was filled with great experiences and memories. The only thing that made it better was coming home to this condo at the end of each day. This unit is literally the best unit in the entire Ali'i Villas complex. The patio area has a stellar view of the ocean, it's spacious and it's easy to get in and out of. Thank you so much to Jim and Jack for letting us stay here. When we come back we'll specifically be requesting this unit.

My family and I had an amazing vacation in Hawaii. Your condo made our stay so much more enjoyable with how nice, clean, and close to town it was. It felt like our home away from home. We kept the windows open at all times and fans going and the breeze felt so great. At night we could hear the waves from the ocean which kept our four month old baby asleep (yeah). We had coffee every morning out on the balcony taking in the breathtaking view! We will highly recommend this villa to friends and family and would stay here again in future Hawaii travels. :-) Thank You Again!
