Are you planning to visit Yosemite National Park? Our vacation home is conveniently located about 27 easy driving miles from Yosemite's west gate along Highway 120. You can be in Yosemite in approximately 30 minutes if you stay here. Or perhaps you are one of the many families who have fallen in love with Pine Mountain Lake, the lake, the pool, the beaches, golf, tennis and horseback riding? Each year we host many families who find it all here and never even bother with going to Yosemite!

Our vacation home has adequate space at 1,714 sq ft and is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Plus we have both a custom billiard table and an upscale ping pong table. We have also installed wireless DSL so you may wish to bring your computer. At your option we can provide linens and towels for our guests.
WINTER SPECIAL available for as little as $100 per day (Sun-Thurs WINTER ONLY) plus cleaning fee. Two day minimum required. WINTER SPECIAL not available on Fridays or Saturdays.
We are located in Groveland at the Pine Mountain Lake gated resort community. This is not a cabin or old A-frame. This is a modern two bedroom, two bathroom home built in 1988 with central air-conditioning and heat.
Large bonus game room can double as a THIRD bedroom. Modern appliances include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, Weber barbecue grill, microwave, DVD, VHS VCR, Dish Network.
Home is located about two blocks from seventh hole of golf course. Play golf, swim, tennis, horseback ride, visit Yosemite; there are plenty of activities. The person responsible should be at least 25+ years old. No pets. Our community pool opens May 16th. There is no charge for use of this beautiful swimming pool. You just need to show your guest permit to the pool staff and sign in.
You will sleep in comfort at our house! One king in master bedroom, one queen in second bedroom (brand new Queen bed installed 07/16/07!!!, full size convertible futon and two twins in large downstairs gameroom/3rd bedroom. Note second twin is on the floor/has no frame. We also have several air mattresses that renters are welcome to use. We upgraded our living room furniture on 04/20/08 to include a nice leather sofa and love seat. We now offer guests use of two TVs both on DISH Network, one with 50" screen. Fully carpeted except for kitchen. Please no party animals and no pets. Enjoy, but enjoy responsibly. This is not run down rental property, but our personal vacation home. No smoking please. Two day minimum rental. No ONE DAY rentals EVER. While occasionally you may see a one day lapse between rentals on our calendar, we use this for cleaning and maintenance. During PEAK season (roughly Memorial Day-Labor Day)we have one other rule: Weekly rentals can start on any day of the week EXCEPT Saturday. This is because we've found such rentals adversely affect our ability to rent the weekends before and after such rentals.
This is a gated community, so you MUST enter through the Pine Mountain Lake (PML) Main Gate in order to reach house, which is located at 18992 Jimmie Bell St. in Groveland. Within the PML community it is also known as Unit 7 lot 170. Maximum occupancy is eight people at this rate irregardless of age. Regular WEEKEND RATE is $140 per day (Fri-Sat); $125 per day Sun-Thurs
Non-holiday Sun-Thurs nights winter only. $100 per night plus cleaning fee.
Maximum occupancy is 8 at published rate. $10 surcharge pp per day above 8.
Weekly Rates available upon request.
Cleaning fees: $50 BYO Linens & Towels OR $80 Linens & Towels included
TWO DAY MINIMUM FOR ALL RENTALS. NO ONE DAY RENTALS EVER.
Refundable Security deposit is $250.
Holiday rate $175/nt, 3 nite minimum; eg: 4th of July, Labor Day, etc

Year Purchased: 2002
We are not only VRBO property owners, but customers as well. The attached photo shows Susan and Alan Miller scuba diving off Michaelmas Cay on the Great Barrier Reef in Dec 2008. We stayed at a lovely VRBO rental in Palm Cove, Australia about 20 miles north of Cairns.
Why the Owner Chose Groveland
A former work colleague of mine from Iran first introduced us to Pine Mountain Lake. He had purchased a cabin there and just threw me the keys one day and suggested we go up and see it. It was a particularly cold day in January and there was no heat in his cabin other than a couple of space heaters. Nonetheless, after our first night stay, we were off and looking for our own place the next morning! We purchased our home three weeks later!
The Unique Benefits of this House
We love the peace and quiet of the area. We are close to the golf course which is perfect for the avid golfer. Playing billiards and ping pong is always alot of fun. Susan especially enjoys swimming at the lake!
