First floor includes a private patio and splash pool with jets (heated on request), and accessed thru huge sliding glass doors from a great room furnished with a 32" TV, DVD/CD player stereo, and a very invitingly comfortable, stuffed leather queen sized sofa sleeper & easy chair. Completing the first floor is a fully- equipped kitchen with pantry, dinette and snack counter, and a bedroom set with 2 single beds and a bathroom with walk- in shower.
Upstairs offers a washer/dryer alcove, the master bedroom suite with king bed and full bathroom & TV armoire, and a second bedroom suite with full bath, queen bed and loads of storage.
All linens and towels are included.
Take a jog in the morning in the adjacent jogging trail bordering the greenbelt, and enjoy nature undisturbed to get your day started in great shape.

My husband and I love the area and the atmosphere here in Kissimmee, Florida. We are close to the parks and we have some family in the area. We hope to spend more and more and more time here as we get closer to retirement.

Hi again, Just wanted to tell you that we had a great time in Florida. The townhome was everything we expected. We used the pool every day and were appreciative of the toys that were in the pantry. We lost my son's Ottawa Senators mini hockey stick (though I am not that disappointed given their early playoff exit), so it can be donated to the toy collection if you find it! Just to let you know that the crib and high chair were not in the townhome when we checked in. Further it took 2 phone calls to sort it out, but all were received on the evening of our arrival. Hi Rick, We just returned from our stay at your townhouse. We had a great time (tiring, but fun). Your home was perfect for our long weekend. I did leave a note for the management company that the upstairs master shower was very slow to drain. Also there was no ironing board or hairdryer. Other than that it was great.
