The Grand Summit is the premier property at The Canyons resort and is located right next to the Flight of the Canyons Gondola - a TRUE ski in ski out property. Grab your skis from the ski check and hop on for a quick ride to mid-mountain - no walking across the village a hundred yards or more like some other properties that claim to be ski in ski out. At the end of the day, you ski all the way to the doorstep of the property and drop your equipment back at the ski check. Head to Doc's bar, which has an outdoor patio for viewing the ski runs and is the place to grab a cold beverage at Apres Ski or go relax in one of three large hot tubs or the heated pool.

This unit has a king bed in the separate bedroom, full kitchen, a spacious bathroom and even a balcony outside the bedroom. Large glass picture windows give you a fabulous view looking up the mountain at the ski runs. Two flat screen tv's, fireplace, and dining area round out your luxury accomodations. A pullout sofa and bench bed allow sleeping capability for up to 5 people.

There are restaurants and shops on site, even a small grocery for any last minute items. The Canyons village area also has many shops including equipment rentals and places to grab a quick bite. You never have to leave the resort if you don't want to.

If you do, the Canyons Resort offers a free shuttle to Grand Summit's guests which takes you to Park City's fabulous Main Street, home to approximately a hundred restaurants of all varieties and a multitude of shops. They will even stop at the grocery store and pick you up on the return trip!

The Canyons ski resort boasts one of the largest ski areas in North America, with a multitude of runs from beginner to the most challenging double black diamonds and bowls. Vast and varied terrain offers something for everyone.

Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley are just a short ride on the free city bus service or a few minutes if you have a car. Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon ski areas are less than 45 minutes away with the ski areas of Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton offering more ski areas. Come out during the summer and fall for more great activities - hiking, biking, arts festivals, and more.

  • We had a great time at this condo. The main lift up to the Red Pine Lodge is literally right out your window, and probably the best restaurant in the Park City area is in the building. It slept four of us quite comfortably, and it was great to sit by the fire after a day of skiing and some time in the hot tub.
