This brand new Oceanside condo offers spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated living space, generous ocean views with private beach walkway to quickly access the beach. Sleeps (up to 4) with King Master bedroom and a cozy Den with Full private sleeping accommodations available. Master bath features a "lovely deep soaking tub" and second bath is a large Shower spa. Terraces at Beachside sets at Main Beach which offers a unique park setting, Volley Ball Court, covered picnic areas, barbeque grills. The closest Ocean Front Condo on the island to Historic Centre Street, and the island’s Victorian beach town, Fernandina Beach with shopping and dining galore. Also, enjoy our neighboring beachfront dining at "Sandy Bottoms" just steps away!! Terraces is a small complex with only 15 units. For more comfort and security there are interior halls with elevator, cozy lobby, and covered parking. Terraces is our "second home", we have put personal touches throughout, with all amenties that we enjoy and we really want to share them with our guests. Please, please NO SMOKING.
