New 50" Samsung DLP flat screen TV in the family room. Freshly painted in your favorite beach colors, new couch, DVD/VCR players in bedrooms, VCR video library for kids and adults. All new beds in 2008.
Kitchen and bathrooms have newly tiled floors. Large fridge and 3 dinner tables and lots of chairs for big cookouts. All cookware and utensils provided. Gas grill. Outdoor shower.
House is very kid friendly with high chair, baby bath, etc.. in closet. Adult and kid board games and books inside. Plenty of inside and outside toys in storage chests. Basketball hoop, kids sandbox, and large swing to enjoy evening breezes off the ocean.
