    Marc was helpful in getting everything set, instructions were clear and all was as promised. Please was clean and spacious. As noted, get groceries before coming up, store was not much of a store. Very convenient to lifts. Would certainly recommend it and stay there again if going to Big White.

    We enjoyed our stay at Big White very much. It was well equipped, functional and easily accessible from most areas of the mountain. Our children were able to easily ski in and out and we enjoyed being close to the Happy Valley Area. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Thanks for extending the opportunity to stay here.

    We were return guests. We love this condo - it has everything you need and is extremely comfortable and well equipped. The condo is very well cared for and looks 'brand new'. The ski hill is right out the elevator door and the building is in close proximity to Happy Valley with skating rink, tubing, etc. We hope to return again next year. Thank you!

    We loved everything about this place! We had a group of 5 in total and it was the perfect size for that. The quality of the furniture and decor is very high. Lots of time and money went into creating a nice holiday space. Nothing beats the location of this until as well. Right by the Happy Valley Lodge and Gondola. The weather and snow was all time fantastic so we timed it great. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

    We had a great time at Big White and Marc's condo was a great was a great spot to stay. It was everything Marc had described and then some. The condo was fully, fully equipped with everything. All you to bring is your food, refreshments, skis and snowboards. The beds in this property were awesome, big and comfortable, laundry fac's were perfect, ton's and ton's of dvds, vhs' and video games. Hot tub was big enough for the family, and the included heated, secure underground parking had tons of room to fit almost any vehicle. Garbage and recycling fac's were right there too. I felt that we got excellent value for our money and will be looking to rent from Marc again. We'd certainly recommend this property. All in all our first trip to Big White was a great time.     My family and I had a wonderful 4 night stay here between Christmas and New Years. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and decorated with wonderful alpine antiques and memorabilia--yes there is even an old chair lift! It was our first ski-in ski- out place and worth the premium. We never got in the car! Packing up the kids for ski school each morning is usually like invading a small country, yet this location makes it a breeze. The hot tub and large collection of movies made our evenings cozy and relaxing.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

    Owner response: Never having in mind we would ever rent our home ! It was exciting to decorate in such a fashion that any time we returned we would be impressed . Its gratifying to share our home with families such as yours that enjoy the finer finnishings in life . We hope you might find time to return soon .

    When we first walked into the suite it took our breath away - Marc was right - even better than the photos! For our first Christmas away from all the relatives this was perfect! No need to bring movies for kids or adults as there were tons to choose from! Kitchen is fully stocked and there was even laundry soap! Our little family settled in very quickly and after 5 short days we reluctantly headed home. Even the children (2.5 and 6) did not want to leave! There is always something to do in Big White - very family friendly. I would recommend grabbing groceries in Kelowna though, there is a well stocked store on the mountain but it is very pricey.

    The rental was better than expected! The unit was very clean and the amenities were excellent. We didn't use the electronics but all were there and available. We arrived the last week before closing and the unit was fully equiped with kitchen appliances large and small. The owners were very helpful and professional.

    Such a beautiful place to stay, great location, and such a homey feel to it, would definately recommend to anyone and will be returning. Big white was an amazing resort, perfect snow and everyone is lovely!!!!

    This was our first trip to Big White and it was outstanding dry snow and extensive terrain. The condo was very close to the Gondola for a true ski in ski out experience. The condo was in excellent shape including the hot tub and Barbeque. It is very new looking and appears to be professionally decorated with various ski antiques and other winter articles.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

    This property is ideally located in Big White. Just a ride down the elevator to get to the ski run that takes you to the gondola, and then a very nice ride up the gondola to Village Center and the beginning of skiing. As for the condo itself, it was as advertised---clean and cozy with all of the needed amenities. The beds are comfy with nice bed coverings. The owners have decorated the condo with all kinds of skiing, sledding, and skating antiquities. It's quite impressive. The kitchen is large with lots of counter space and is well appointed and outfitted. Only two things I would comment on: 1) the kitchen needs a LARGE frying pan, a loaf pan, and another set of measuring cups and measuring spoons, and 2) the television in the living room is too small to see from the sofa. We ended up watching DVDs from our laptop computer so that we could bring it closer for adequate viewing. These are minor criticisms and are not enough to change my review from excellent.

    This condo is appointed to the highest architectural standards for both design and decor. Entering the condo one arrives to slate floors with a chair lift placed in the corner for on/off ski boots, further in you arrive to an open concept kitchen, dining area, and great room,featuring granite island and bar, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring with southwestern motif throw rugs and a large six person sectional looking onto a wonderful stone gas fireplace. The indirect lighting, the ski, mountain climbing artefacts and the bear artwork on the walls compliment the theme of the great outdoors. The two bedrooms have the most comfortable mattress to sooth the aches after a long day on the slopes. The 'icing on the cake includes, three TVs, a large hot tub on the balcony, a steam shower in the master bathroom and the heated secured indoor parking. Also this is truly a ski in/out location. I considered it a privilege to be able to stay six days in this Big White Ski Condo!

    Loved the South Point condo. Watching the gondolas pass by against the mountain backdrop while sitting on the couch, or hot tub was awesome. The Happy Valley Lodge and gondola's loading is just a couple minute walk away, not like the hike some people have. The condo itself is amazing. Loved the cabin like decoration's. The antique snow sport equipment on the walls and the artwork gave the condo the most intriguing & interesting look I have seen. The condo was plenty roomy for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The bed's were very comfortable, & what a great fold out couch. Kid's loved the video games in the bedroom. What great place to make a nice meal and relax after a long day on the mountain. Especially with the hot tub and steam shower. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we go to Big White. Hope it will be available. Thanks again for sharing your home with us, what a perfect place to stay.

    Loved this very comfortable, well equipped accommodation. The hot tub and steam shower were a hit and a great way to relax and visit after a cold day on the hills and the beds were super comfortable. It was wonderful to have a true "ski-in/Ski-out location (right up to the elevator door). A lot of time and effort went into the decor which was very unique and interesting. A great place to spend a ski week.

    Another fantastic Christmas vacation at your beautiful home!! Perfect for our family. We skied and snow boarded five days of awsome Big White snow. What a treat to ski in/ski out. This exceptionally furnished condo is impeccably clean, well appointed, and had everything we could need. The steam shower and hot tub were divine after long days skiing ! The vast array of games,books, and movies provided us a terrific variety of apres ski entertainment for the whole family The view from the hot tub of the New Years Eve fireworks was unparralleled. Thanks again for the use of your fantastic mountain home.We will certainly be back!

    We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, spacious, welcoming and very comfortable. We had small children and teenagers and there was something for everyone. It was perfectly situated and are hoping to come back for another holiday this winter.

    Comfy beds and gorgeous views of the hill from the large windows in the living room and from the outdoor hot tub. Easy ski in/out, handy underground parking and great value overall. Beautifully and uniquely decorated, this condo shows pride of ownership and is very comfortable and well taken care of. The owners were very efficient, easy to deal with and showed pride of ownership. We'll be back!

    What a wonderful place to have as a 'home away from home' when having a winter vacation! From the welcoming entrance with its own personal 'chair lift', to the beautifully decorated interior, the hot tub on the balcony, and the three televisions, we enjoyed every minute of it! Stepping out the door and skiing to the gondola to ride up to village before heading to the mountain was a 'great warm-up' in preparation for a day of skiing. After a day on the hill, a short walk allowed us to skate on the oval rink, tube at the tubing park, or ride the Gondola up to the village for dinner. We would highly recommend this condo!!!!
