Steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, and in the Seascape Resort with on-site golf and tennis, you're right in the middle of all the action. The factory outlets are a half mile down the road, and fabulous restaurants abound. The workout rooms, including steam bath and sauna, are down the elevator on the main floor, and out the doors are three huge beautiful swimming pools.

This is a very large corner unit (looking west) on the 11th floor of the new high rise, Ariel Dunes II, building. Views are fabulous in all directions; the gulf, the shoreline looking back toward Destin and the golf course.

The condo is professionally decorated with silk curtains, tropical white sofas, chairs and tables, beautiful antiques. LCD TV's in den and each bedroom. High speed internet access (including) wireless also provided.

After a busy day in this resort area, retire to bedrooms with brand new luxury matresses in classic framed beds. The master has a king bed with new matress/boxspring. Second bedroom, with rear balcony, has two twin beds with new matresses/boxsprings and the third bedroom has a queen bed with new matress/boxspring. Additional sleeping space is provided with a brand new comfortable hide-a-bed in the den.

The 18 hole golf course on site is full service with golf carts, practice range, club rentals, restaurant, etc. Many other fine golf courses are in the area.
