A large covered patio looks over the cabin's own manicured grass lawn and garden, all right in the middle of the forest. A finished basement allows the children to "hoot it up" while the adults enjoy the quiet serenity of this beautiful setting.
SUMMER/FALL: Air conditioning is provided though you will not likely need it. Summer highs 75 to 88 degrees with night-time lows in 40s & 50s. July and August afternoon thunder storms are not only awesome to experience but lower the temperature 20 degrees for the rest of the afternoon.
WINTER: The gas and/or wood burning fireplace provides an enjoyable ambience. Imagine sitting by the warm crackling fire on a cold winter evening watching the snow fall out the 22 foot high front glass prowl. Night time tempatures in the teens, bundle up if you go out!
Other options: Three miles to the Honda Casino and 23 miles to the Sunrise Ski resort for sking/boarding/biking. Or you can just take the chair lift to the top and enjoy the spectacular views. Excellent downhill skiing November through March (subject to seasonal snow conditions).
July - September $1450 per week +tx and $100 cleaning/setup charge
Weekend rates, $695 for a two night stay plus tax and cleaning
Additional nights are $275
Most holiday weekends have a one time $250 premium
rental rates for December 18th through January 2nd, $2500 for up to 7 nights
$500 refundable damage deposit required
