This spacious beach house sits on a beautiful acre and a half of property and is just a two minute drive to town, the ocean, and the harbor area. The kitchen contains all stainless steel top of the line appliances and features custom made cabinets and mahogany counter tops. Looking out from the kitchen and dining area you see a mahogany wrap around deck and expansive lawn with a couple large trees for shade. All linens and bath towels are provided for renters, as well as all house necessities. With its large Montauk beach stone fireplace, all wood interior, and many screened in sliding doors and windows, this house is cozy on cool evenings, yet open and airy during warm summer days. Our gas grill is connected to the house gas line for no fuss summer barbecuing, and the large and private deck is perfect for meals with friends and family. Renters from the past have said that staying at this house has been a truly magical experience.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this warm,comfortable home. The house is perfectly comfortable; we were 6 adults and one child and had plenty of room, with all the comforts of home. We felt as if we were staying in a park,the grounds are so lovely and private: great for softball and bocci. Being near Montauk Downs park was an added plus for the golfers in the family, as well as using the wading pool for the baby. It is truly a great family place and I am happy to recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This property met and exceeded our expectations. The home was well maintained, as was the property. There were so many lovely places to relax together or alone. Outdoors there is a large, inviting wraparound deck-a lovely place for breakfasts. There is also a hammock strung between two tall shade trees. The home was ideally located for our needs. It is practically next door to Montauk Downs...terrific golf, and we would walk to the swimming pool there with the baby stroller, daily. It's only a short drive to anywhere - the beaches, lakeside, downtown or biking the trails. The bedrooms were comfortable and two have private bathrooms. The third bedroom was next door to the hall bathroom. The long, wooden dining room table was a wonderful place to gather for dinner together and afterwards play some games. It adjoins a very comfortable living room on one side and a modern, well appointed kitchen on the other. The views are woodsy and private. The yard is large and perfect for running around and playing games. The owners were very responsive to any request we had. I would (and did) recommend this property to friends and relatives without hesitation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
