Our beach home is very clean with an open floor plan, spacious rooms and many windows. It is a raised contemporary with the top floor consisting of a large master bedroom (queen-size bed) with private deck along with a full bathroom and another bedroom with twin beds and a bay view.
The main floor consists of a living room, dining area and newly renovated kitchen, two bedrooms with twin beds and another full bathroom. The furniture and decor enhance a comfortable seashore feeling. There is a wrap-around deck on the main level with a retractable electic awning. The back stairs off the deck lead to an attractive back yard with picnic table and gas grill. There is an outdoor shower and a large 2-car carport as well as additional room for off-street parking.
The house is located on a 100x100 foot lot on a private lane in a family-oriented neighborhood. Bay access and beach are both nearby. North Beach is a residential community without commercial development but you can easily walk to food stores, shops and restaurants, etc. in nearby Surf City.
