Our condominium is located at the 8 mile marker of the Big Niangua arm of the lake. The water is calm and ideal for enjoying boating, skiing, jet skis, or fishing.
Our approximately 1,800 square foot unit is beautifully furnished and completely equipped in the kitchen and throughout.
Linens and towels are provided. Kitchen linens provided as well.
1st bedroom - King-sized bed and private bath
2nd bedroom - King-sized bed and private bath
3rd bedroom - Queen-sized bed with private door to hall bathroom
4th bedroom - Full-sized bed with twin bunk above
The spacious loft is host to our game table, full-sized sofa bed and one of our four TVs. We have a collection of board games and novels for your enjoyment. This is an area in addition to our four bedrooms and NOT considered one of the bedrooms.
Clearwater Condominiums has TWO INGROUND POOLS at the Water's edge. Large decks around the pools with plenty of seating and tables to enjoy lounging!
We have a 12 x 32 boatslip available for rental. $25.00/day
Our unit is located 2 miles off highway 54 with no gravel roads to travel.
Beautiful golf courses are nearby.
Shopping at one of the largest outlet malls in the country is about a 20 minute drive away.
