My family and I stayed for a Spring Break weekend to explore the inner harbor. The property was very centrally located, comfortably appointed and had a real bonus of having a safe place to park our rental car off the street that was included in the price (big deal in a big city). All of the attractions were less than five minutes away by car and there was ample space for a family of four (and more if we had needed it). The owners were also incredibly responsive, both before and after our stay. We accidentaly left something behind and they located it and got it back to us in the mail. It would be a particularly great place to stay for an Orioles game, as it is almost directly across the street from the main entrance to Camden Yards. Would definitely stay here again.

My coworker and I enjoyed having an alternative to having to rent two hotel room. The house was spacious, clean, homey and located close to sports centers, and a short walk to the light rail and convention center. We enjoyed having a kitchen to use instead of needing to have meals out all week, but were not sure where to find the nearest grocery store, so we ended up to taking a short drive to Whole foods in Fell's Point. For the price and location -you can't beat staying here. My fellow convention attendees were impressed with our choice in accommodations. There was a lot of activity in the neighborhood during the week - including the annual marathon. Street noise was a bit much in the evenings; revelers from Pickles Pub and ambulance/helicopter traffic to/from the near by medical center mostly, but I found that if I turned the window air unit on, it created a nice "white noise". I liked the house a lot. My coworker's initial impression was "frat house"; but I think this is probably because the previous renters had obviously enjoyed themselves (recycle bin was full), and because of the amount of sports related signage hanging on the walls (which I would expect given the location). The front door was a bit of a work out to open-sticks in at the the bottom right. I would stay here again, and have already recommended it.
Owner response:Thanks for the great review! front door now fixed. Hope you guys come back.

Myself and six of my peers stayed in this lovely home to attend a national Nursing conference. We were able to walk easily to our events in the Conference Center and Raven's stadium. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The listing was as described and the photos do reflect the property well. This townhouse is very old and has great charm. We found it to be clean and well maintained. The owner was prompt in all correspondence. Although, we were made aware of how to reach the owner for assistance, we had absolutely no need to do so. Having such a fabulous spot to stay made our conference experience much better than the typical hotel.

From the minute we walked in the door we knew we were not going to want to leave. I fell in love with this property. The charming decor, the hardwood floors and the fireplaces. We were in walking distance from restaurants and bars and a cab ride from Inner Harbor and Fells Point. This town home made my birthday weekend the most memorable one yet!!! Already planning a return visit....
Owner response:Thanks Lisa! Would love to have you all back! Glad you had a great birthday

Thanks again Clausen, my family had a great time at the Camden house. My 76 year old father LOVED being so close to the Babe Ruth house and the ballpark, made seeing the games, and Baltimore, a real special experience. -Stephanie

We stayed in this great apartment for our son's graduation from Johns Hopkins University. Nice alternative to expensive hotel rooms during this peak time. Perfect location for attending Orioles games, and good access to the Inner Harbor. Only downside is the lack of parking for more than one vehicle. It's great if you only have one car, as there is off-street parking for one. Since we had 2 cars with our group, it became a challenge finding a place to park the 2nd one. Owner did offer other parking alternatives, but we ended up finally finding a legal place on the street and just left the 2nd car there. Apartment is clean and well-stocked, and the owner is attentive to details. Bedding is comfortable and the window air-conditioners did help not only to cool the apt. but also to mask the city noises at night. Owner was responsive to questions/concerns about parking. Money transactions went smoothly. Photos depicted exactly the appearance of the apt. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends/family.

My wife, daughter, two son's and I stayed at this great house during the spring of 2011 while my son was in town for a Lacrosse tournament against some of Maryland's best. We were literally a couple of blocks away from MT Stadium to take in all of the collegiate lax games...it was fantastic. We were also close enough to the Inner Harbor and all of its attractions to walk to all the sights we wanted to see and had a private car space for the times we ventured further. Can't thank Clausen enough for the truly special time we had in Baltimore. We are definately coming back again and making plans for a return trip.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this great house during the winter while my husband was in town with a touring show. The place is really spacious and cozy at the same time. It's decorated so that you feel like it's your own place. It has a huge screen TV and other TV's in the bedrooms. The bedroom with the sitting area leads up to the loft. It was a perfect area for my family. The other bedroom housed a cast mate and she said her room was really comfy and she rarely heard my 2 year old running around downstairs. It's just a mile from the inner harbor and we felt pretty safe walking home from the theatre at night. The only downside of the place is it has 5 fireplaces but we were asked not to use any of them. I would highly recommend staying here, at least in the winter. I don't know how crazy it gets around here when baseball season is in full swing. The house is right across the street from the stadium.

This property was clean, well equipped and has a nice layout for both entertaining and sleeping. The half bath on the first floor is nice - and not always found - in an historic rowhouse. The kitchen is well updated and stocked with cookware. Can't beat the location for professional entertaining on a budget in conjunction with events at the convention center! We've used the house two years in a row and will definitely use it again! Note - the paint job inside is getting a little "well loved."
Owner response:JMB - Thanks for heads up on paint. The stairwell gets a few suitcase marks during the year. Consider it taken care of. Look forward to having you back next year.

We travelled to Baltimore from Ireland for a family holiday/reunion at the end of August 2010 and rented this house for the full period. It was perfect with enough space to accommodate 8 adults (and sometimes more) comfortably. It was also perfect for holding an informal evening of around 20 people. The rooms are spacious, air-conditioned and well laid out. It is close to all the amenities in the inner harbour, downtown Baltimore, metro, light rail to Washington DC - taxis are not really necessary at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any size or make up of family or group of friends.

My family and I spent three weeks in this home while my husband received a kidney transplant at Johns Hopkins. We had our 16 month old little girl with us, and the owners provided us with a high chair and pack and play. We were also given access to a perfect little person Tot Lot only a block and a half away. We would take walks every morning to Peace, And A Cup Of Joe and then head to the Tot Lot. The Babe Ruth Museum is right around the corner from the house, and of course you are so close to Camden Yards you are there in less than 3 minutes. We were provided a gated parking space behind the house (which is incredibly important when on street parking is limited to 2 hours and it a major pain on game day). The kitchen was really large, and the dining area was perfect for meals at home. The bedrooms were ok. Nothing fancy, but super soft sheets and comforters. I always got a good nights sleep. The internet access was AWESOME! With a husband recovering from surgery, that was really all he cared about. Cable TV, and the internet was PERFECT! My parents and I loved sitting on the stoop in the evenings and watching the people go by. We found the people in the neighborhood to be incredibly kind and warm (Ridgely's Delight is the name of the neighborhood). We also enjoyed the fact that we were only a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront area (Aquarium, Baltimore Science Museum, Port Discovery Children's Museum, Historic Boats to tour, lots of restaurants and shopping). Trust me, if the weather is nice... walk. It is very expensive to park in that area. Also in walking distance, 5 min, is the Geppi's Pop Culture Museum. The Sports Legends Museum is right downstairs from the Pop Culture Museum. If you are only coming for baseball and football games, this house is absolutely the place to be! There is so much going on just across the street from the house. Even if you don't make it to the game, there is still so much fun right outside your door. We didn't have a single moment of issues with any noise either.

I rented the house for an O's series this June and will do it every year. It’s proximity to everything is great. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Baltimore. Much better experience they staying in a hotel and a lot less expensive.

Dear Clausen, thanks so much, the place was wonderful. We had such a great time. The location was great and the house lovely. We even managed to go to see Boston play the Orioles on Friday. Personally I would love to come back with my family next summer to catch some more games. Thanks again-Stephanie

Look no further! This is it for the perfect accommodations for a large group of out of town guests. Located across the street from Camden Yards, visitors will find themselves at the CENTER of the action: ball games, bars, restaurants, shopping, museums, the harbor, of course, and minutes from the 95 for DC sightseeing. The inside is huge and beautifully renovated. Parking space in the back. The owner is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We rented this place for two weeks for guests from overseas. It was their first time to the U.S. They want to come back!

Step out your door and you're at the ballpark - it's right there and also very close to the inner harbor. Very clean and roomy - safe off street parking. Would reccommend to others and would stay again. Also close to Ravens Stadium and other attractions as advertised.

Great location. Wonderful and extremely comfortable house with a lot of "cachet". Near EVERYTHING! The house is fully equipped and beautifully renovated. Minutes from major highways, shopping outlets, convention center, baseball stadium, harbor, etc... Not to mention private parking! Great location & great place. Thank you for sharing your house: a five stars accommodation!

This is a fantastic location. A charming house that is perfect for large groups. House management was extremely helpful and easily accessible. I was with a group of 7 men that visit baseball stadiums around the country. The proximity to the ballpark is unmatched. Fun and lively sports bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. Other destinations with a short cab ride. I would definitely suggest this location for groups and sports fans alike. This was a great experience.

Couldn't have asked for a better location in terms of proximity to Baltimore sports! Townhouse had everything we needed and it was so nice not to have to worry about parking in an area where parking is not easy to come by.
