This waterfront condominium has two bedrooms, two baths, two-car garage, and is tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. The living room has a brand new large sectional with a pull out bed. The master bedroom has a new king bed with a thick Serta pillowtop mattress. The master bathroom has a separate shower and garden tub. The second bedroom is split from the master and has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. The front den has a bar area to enjoy drinks after a day of golf or shopping. Spend time on the back porch relaxing by the water drinking your coffee, or at the HEATED pool and hot tub. There is also a fitness center on-site as well. For those GOLF LOVERS, across the street is Ocotillo Golf Course, which is a Troon managed course with 27 holes of championship golf rated four stars by Golf Digest and selected as one of the three "must play" courses in the Valley by its readers - see our link below for pictures and course layout. In addition to this, there are 200-plus golf courses to play in the Valley. We are located 20 minutes from Scottsdale and 15 minutes from Tempe.
