The guest cottage is a one level ranch close to everything the area has to offer. Everything in the house is new including the double jacuzzi tub. All items are of quality and well thought out for the best stay you could imagine.
Fully renovated in 2007: Saugerties 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath comfortable cottage. 2 decks, BBQ grill, Central Air, New Kitchen, Jacuzzi Tub, WiFi internet access. Down the street from the Villa at Saugerties, 5 minutes to Hits, 10 minutes to Woodstock, 15 minutes to Hunter, 10 minutes to Kingston, and 10 minutes to Catskill. Area offers, Tennis, restaurants, concerts, horse shows, hiking, skiing, sailing, fishing, boating, golf, shopping and more. Everything in the house is new and of quality from the Italian leather sectional to the bedding.
If you like comfort then The Fawn Road Guest Cottage is for you. Your stay will be relaxing and the accommodations well thought out. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests. We can arrange a private sail boat with crew for a sunset or anytime sailing on the Hudson river. Consider a guided hike on the many trails in the Catskill mountains. How about a spa treatment or massage at the River Rock Spa. Just ask and we will do our best to offer arrangements or suggestions.
Available is a personal chef to come in and prepare a special meal a series of meals during your stay or offer private gourmet cooking lessons.

- Tanja and I just wanted to thank you and Suzanne for letting us stay in your beautiful place. It was very luxurious! I loved the large window in the room facing the yard where you can just chill in the rocking chair and enjoy the forest view. I sat out on the deck at night listening to the absolute silence and got lost in the stars. It's very hard to find a place where you can see so many stars. Next time I have to try the jacuzzi! Weekend nights $200.00 Weeknights $175.00-2 night minimum stay.
$1000 Weekly is 6 nights 7 days. Please ask for monthly rates.
For all rentals add $65 per stay for cleaning.
Pets are additional $35 weekends and $50 weekly.
Rates are good until December 20, 2009. Holiday weeks are $1100.00
Winter rates are $225 weekends nights and $175 weeknights.
Please call for rate questions. Holiday weekends 3 night stay required.
Winter Monthly rental $3000. Cottage available all year long.

Why the Owner Chose Saugerties
We own the house next door since 2002 and when the cottage came on the market in 2004 we decided it would make a great vacation rental property. We love the Saugerties, Woodstock, Catskills area so much that we renovated and decorated the property so visitors to the area would have a clean comfortable place to stay. We know that every season offers vacation renters an abundance of sight seeing, cultural events, and sporting activities to enjoy in the Hudson Valley.
