This is our personal second home. Unlike many other homes that are one of ten listings for an investor, we have cared for it and maintained it with great attention to detail.
Our home is approximately 3800sf (350 square meter) and has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is all on a single level and is handicap accessible. It can comfortably sleep 6 adults. One of the bedrooms is currently equipped as a gym, but with an available inflatable mattress, it can also accommodate two additional adults or children. Every bedroom has a private full bathroom.
