Why the Owner Chose Ivy League Estates
I was in an orthopedic practice in Rancho Mirage, CA between 2002 and 2007. This home was our primary residence during that time. We moved back to Salt Lake City, UT after our children were born, to be closer to our family. We chose to keep this property as a second home with complete furnishings.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The accomodations at our home, in terms of furnishings, space and privacy cannot me matched by any hotel, at any price in the desert. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, pots and pans, spices, etc. All you need is fresh ingredients to make wonderful home cooked meals. Our back yard is very private with covered sitting area and a great pool with a hot tub.
Wonderful restaurants, movie theater, shopping, Sat evening outdoor concerts. All withing 15 min walking distance to our home
El Paseo is perhaps Desert's most prestigious shopping and entertainment address. Here you will find high end shopping, upscale dining and a great place to people watch.
The Firecliff course is one of the most beautiful and challenging courses you can play anywhere in the world
Public Free Tennis courts. There is always an open court here. I have never waited for tennis at these courts.
Hope you never need medical care, but if you do, the best hospital along with the best medical staff is only two minutes away. I know...I practiced here.

I am an orthopedic surgeon who currently practices in Salt Lake City, UT. My wife Emily is a physician assistant, who practices part time and is currently spending majority of her time taking caring of our beautiful twins, Jack and Isabel.
