My husband and I returned for our second stay at this beautiful house and we plan on returning. The owner was easy to contact and quick to respond to all of our questions. The location is perfect. Close to wonderful restaurants and shopping and I just can't say enough about the beautiful views of the mountains from the Pool and Patio. I miss having my morning coffee sitting poolside and watching the sun rise.

Excellet Family Vacation and Girls Getaway

I rented this property to celebrate my 50th birthday with family for the first 1/2 of the week and girlfriends the second 1/2. A great time was had by all. Armen was very easy to work with and very responsive to my questions. He also provided excellent customer service as well. We needed some extra pool cleaning after a wind storm so he contacted the gentleman who cleans the pool and it was taken care of that afternoon. We enjoyed most of our time sitting out by the pool, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. We also enjoyed playing golf, shopping in nearby El Paseo and the River Complex and going out to lunch at many of the nearby restaurants. We had a lot of fun at the weekend College of the Desert Street Fair. The house was clean and a great size for our group of 8. We enjoyed the movie room as well. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the master bathroom was amazing. I would highly recommend this property.

We are a family from the UK of 2 adults and 4 children aged 17, 16, 13 and 10. We all love the house because of the brilliant pool, home cinema room, lovely bedrooms, spacious living accommodation and quiet location. The location is great as the weather is guaranteed to be hot and sunny during July and August. We have been to this property for 2 years now and would love to return again. We were able to visit different parts of California using the house as our base, such as San Diego (2 1/2 hours), San Francisco and Yosemite ( 8 1/2 hours) and the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. We would highly recommend this for a relaxing getaway.

Our stay was short only three nights but thoroughly enjoyed everything the house had to offer. Spacious layout including the Master Bedroom on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the opposite side. We were 8 adults and 3 children this worked out very well. Also, enjoyed the movie viewing room as well as the pool. We recommend this house to any type or size of family and would stay here again. Armen was very professional and easy to work with.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here with seven adults and two toddlers. It was a wonderful visit. The house is large and well-furnished and the kitchen is perfect for cooking for large groups. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the evenings unders the patio. Would highly recommend for a quiet desert vacation!

Outstanding for winter golf getaway!

I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home for a golf outing earlier this year. The location is perfect as it is near amazing golf courses and quality restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean inside and out. All in all it was the perfect winter golf getaway and a marvelous experience.

Our first impression of this house was "Wow!" and the rest of the stay was even better. The house has an excellent location...within walking distance to the River Shopping Center, where we ate at many wonderful restaurants, watched free Sat evening concert and had a great spa day. The house itself is well appointed, but does not have excess junk. The kitchen has everything you would need to make any meal you can dream-up. The back yard was wonderfully relaxing, where the kids swam all day and we relaxed under the covered patio. Agree with the other reviewers, that Armen was just a delight to work with. Will be back for sure next year!

Absolutely beautiful home, great area and equipped with everything you could ever want. Armen was wonderful to work with and I would not hesitate to book again. I've rented several homes and I would say this one is right up there with the best of them!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The perfect layout with all the amenities one could think of. Nothing better than laying in the jacuzzi after a long day and then watching a movie on the 120 inch screen! Armen was very generous and made the whole booking experience very seamless. I look forward to renting from him again.

We stayed at Armen and Emily's home for a month in December 2008. It was spacious, well appointed and had all the amenities, including a movie room. It is exceptionally well located in Rancho Mirage, quiet, and with beatiful mountain views. Armen is responsive and professional. I look forward to staying here again!

The house was perfect for our week-long Thanksgiving holiday. It is an extremely spacious house with many amenities. The kitchen is so well equipped we were able to prepare a very elaborate Thanksgiving dinner. The backyard is beautiful and very serene. All of my family loved the house and decided a return visit is a MUST. Armen was a pleasure to work with--very accomodating.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed the pool and the patio often. The master bedroom and bath is bigger than my first apartment! Armen was easy to work with and his property manager is first class.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for the month of March. The location was ideal - within a mile of the River and Whitewater Park. Enjoyed the pool, spa and backyard. Watched movies on the big screen, barbqs on the kirkland gas grill, great meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Armen was very easy to work with and extremely communicative throughout.

We enjoyed 9 superb days at this beautiful home. The house was immaculate with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel....except with loads of space and privacy. Great location and loved the pool. Very helpful welcoming hosts. Will definitely be back here.
